My acne showed up only a little bit during pregnancy, but full force after delivery.   3. Hello all, I'm totally new to all of this and just found this site and forum out of desperation. Reaching out in hopes anyone has some advice or similar experiences. I have been pretty blessed most of my life with great skin until I got pregnant. While I was pregnant I had a few issues here and there, but it was totally manageable and not too bad at all.
