  1. So it's been over a year since I've posted on here, and I've gotten to the point in this experience where I really don't know if it's affecting my skin at all. Looking back at photos there have been many moments in my life where my skin looked completely beautiful and clear, even as recent as a few months ago. But then, as always, I will wake up one day with a giant pimple- or even worse, multiple giant pimples. They just form now, I don't know if I'm immune to it or if the Regimen is just ineff
  2. Yeah, I haven't gotten any responses about it but I would still say that the Regimen is worth a shot. Either way my skin looks better than when I started, and for a while it was pretty much completely clear. It has now been over 2 1/2 months and the pimples that I got on New Year's Day are still visible- they're not a bump at all, just small spots where they used to be and they've been kind of impossible to get rid of. But in the beginning I started with lots of pimples and marks and almost my e
  3. So I haven't posted on here in forever, but I recently passed my one year anniversary with the Regimen and I don't know what happened, but it's almost as if my skin randomly became immune to this whole thing. If I was talking to you on this past New Year's Eve, I'd have nothing but glorious reviews for the Regimen. Months and months of clear silky skin, with nothing left but a few tiny unnoticeable scars. Well on New Years DAY, just hours after going to bed with the same clear skin I'd been lo

    Day 49

@rpython Yeah the flakes and the discoloration were the worst parts for me. Thankfully though my skin is getting a lot better now that I've been on the Regimen for almost 3 months! Good luck

    Day 84

Thank you so much! Just try to fight through those flakes, because believe me, I never thought they would go away. I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, but out of nowhere the dryness just improved drastically. I guess the "3 month test" is actually true, because now that I've almost been on the Regimen for 3 months, the improvements are finally coming! Good luck

    Day 84

Hello again! I'm so sorry that I haven't written in like 22 days but I've just been really busy. Anyway, today is extremely important because this is the day I have been waiting for since I started the Regimen. It's March 26th- my birthday! Aside from it being my birthday, the reason I'm happy is because I started the Regimen on January 2nd, and today has been my goal all along: clear skin by my birthday (almost 3 months on the Regimen). My skin has been pretty clear for a while now,

    Day 62

I'm sorry it's been almost 2 weeks since I've updated last! College and work have just made me really busy Anyway, since last time I've re-ordered the cleanser and the BP for the first time (in full sized bottles). Still using the Cetaphil lotion and it seems to be a lot better than the acne.org moisturizer for me. Twice a day I apply 2 pumps of cleanser and then 2 pumps of BP (But I don't really push all the way down on either). I let it dry for 10-15 minutes and then I apply a full pump o

    Day 49

Hello again! So I'm approaching 50 days on The Regimen and time is really flying by. At this point I'm doing the same routine all of the time, and I've gotten used to taking a half an hour every morning and night on my face. It gets a little annoying and tiring, but I'll do whatever it takes to get perfect skin. Anyway, lately my biggest problem has been extremely ANNOYING flakes, and also discoloration. The reason I purchased AHA+ was because my skin was so ridiculously dry all of

    Day 45

Ok so as of today, I'm feeling a little better than last time, which is good. I'm still experiencing some peeling around the sides my face but I definitely think that the AHA+ gives my face a smooth glow and after I use it for a little longer I'm hoping the flakes and dryness can go away completely. Today I actually got a compliment that my face had a "glow", so that made me feel a little better- considering I've dealt with every comment from "you look so tan!" to "why is your face so red?" over

    Day 41

Wow I can't believe it's been over 40 days on The Regimen! Anyway I just had to write this to vent.. I know I've been really positive this whole time, but at this point I'm just getting really frustrated. I recently looked at my picture from the day I started using the products and even though there has been a difference, it still seems like I have all of the same pimples, they're just lighter. I'm also still dealing with dryness and I can't ever figure out exactly how much of everything to

    Day 38

Hello! Ok, so since last time everything is pretty much the same, except I'm using more AHA+ and my skin is pretty dry on my chin and in some certain areas. It's not flaky and I can't really peel it off, it just looks slightly white especially on my chin and around my mouth. So that's pretty frustrating because for a little while there my dryness was completely gone. Anyway, I'm currently using a full pump of Cetaphil with 6 drops of Jojoba oil and a medium sized squeeze of AHA+ (a pret

    Day 34

Hey guys, so since we talked last I've been mixing in AHA+ with my moisturizer every day, morning and night. I started off with a tiny bit, but since there was no redness or burning whatsoever I moved it up to one small line (probably a 3rd of a pointer finger length). I still didn't really feel anything, so over the past couple of days I've moved it up to 2 small lines, and now 3. Weirdly, there is absolutely no irritation whatsoever. I use 1 1/2 pumps of Cetaphil, 8 drops of Jojoba oil, and th

    Day 30

So with the extremely cold weather in New York, my face has been getting pretty dry again- especially on my cheeks (which is weird since before it was only on my chin and the sides of my face). Anyway, I decided to add about 8-10 drops of Jojoba oil to the Cetaphil moisturizer (1 and a half pumps) and that has seemed to help a lot. My face looks more shiny with the oil, but I'd definitely prefer that over peeling skin all day. Aside from that, it's basically been a month on the Regimen and

    Day 27

Wow I can't believe it's already been almost a month on The Regimen! Okay, so since last time I've still been using 1 pump of Cetaphil twice a day as my moisturizer. For a few days it was great (and it hasn't broken me out) but today especially my skin has been extremely dry and stubborn again. Before I could put a pump on and nothing would happen all day, but today all around my mouth and chin was very dry. Although, I did have to be outside today for a little while and it's extremely cold

    Day 24

Hello! So after I realized that the Regimen moisturizer was actually CAUSING the intense flakiness of my skin, I bought Cetaphil as a replacement lotion. Hopefully I don't jinx it, but I've been using it for about 2 days (morning and night) and so far, I really love it. My skin feels lot softer and the flakes are practically gone. There's still a tiny bit of dryness, but after I put the Cetaphil on in the morning my skin stays almost perfectly smooth all day. (I'm still adjusting to the BP,
  19. Hey! I was having the same problem with horrible dryness and flaking (after using The Regimen for 3 weeks). 2 days ago I got a lotion called Cetaphil, because it seemed like the most popular alternative and there were a lot of reviews on here that said it removes the dryness well. I've only used it for 2 days (morning and night), but so far I definitely see a difference. My face isn't tight at all and it feels a lot softer. There are still a few tiny flakes on my face when I wake up in the morni

    Day 22

Today officially marks 3 weeks of me being on The Regimen, so I'm very excited about that! I've been suffering with dryness a lot and the moisturizer and Jojoba oil hasn't really seemed to be helping much, so last night I was watching a few "week 3" videos and trying to see what other moisturizer options there were. In one video, a girl who had been on The Regimen for 3 weeks said that after putting some of the extra lotion on her neck, she realized that her neck (which wasn't usually dry) w

    Day 20

So now I've been using 3 pumps of moisturizer with 8 drops of Jojoba oil morning and night, and the flaking hasn't shown any improvement whatsoever. During the day, I can usually last fairly good without too many flakes, though I may have to pick off some flakes around my chin and the sides of my face. However, when I wake up in the morning my entire face is absolutely covered in huge flakes. It's as if I'm recovering from a really bad sunburn. On the brightside, I actually received my firs

    Day 17

Hello everyone! I know it's already been over 2 weeks but I didn't know about these blogs when I first got the Regimen. So I have pretty decent acne all around my face in clusters- some on my cheeks, my chin, and my forehead. To give you an idea, I have about 50 pimples if I actually count each one. In the past I've tried all sorts of things with no success and right before Christmas I saw a video about The Regimen on YouTube, so I said "why not?" I can't jump to conclusions, but so far I t
  24. Be Careful!!

So I am a newbie at The Regimen, I bought the whole package and have been using it for about 16 days now. Everyone says how your skin gets dry for the first 2 or 3 weeks before your skin gets used to the BP, but I started out very quick. The very first time, I used barely any. However, after my 2nd or 3rd time I was squeezing out wayyy too much BP and I was definitely clueless. I was going about the first couple of days on top of the world- using tons of BP and saying to myself, "wow my skin isn
