  1. I just have a few questions. I've used this stuff for about a year now...it's amazing. No more acne. 1. But I'm a little paranoid; I've only been using sunscreen for the past few months. I'm out in the sun for about 20 minutes a day, not totally direct sunlight though. Do you think that I've done any harm to my skin the 9 months that I didn't use sunscreen? Jeez...I hope the mild red tint on my face is just a side effect of the epiduo and not sun damage. 2. Can I put moisturizer on after I pu
  2. ComfyCat: Yeah the last couple weeks I've only been using it 2-3x week. I noticed I had a couple pimples though. I don't know if this is just coincidence or what. I'm also gonna get some Emu Oil and try it out. I've been kinda broke lately though. samwichxo: And I might check out the Ziana gel. Although the potency is half as strong.
  3. I've been using Epiduo for a month or two now. I'm up to using it every other day, sometimes more often sometimes less. It reallllly helps, my face looks all purdy and I haven't had a single pimple since. But my face is pretty red all of the time. I recently took a week off using the Epiduo and noticed that my face was significantly less red. Which sucks because I love this stuff but I don't really like the redness. Is there any way to combat this while still using? And, is it bad that my face i
  4. I've been using Epiduo that last couple weeks and my skin has this greasy-shiny red glow to it. And I don't consider that a good thing. But other than that it seems to be working well.
  5. What about cottage cheese? I can't live without cottage cheese.
  6. Wtf...I've been using Cetaphil for a couple nights now and I still get flaky skin. I'm confused.
  7. Just making sure: Washing the baby brush with soap and water is all it needs? I just got mine btw...I love it.
  8. Does your skin look fairly normal while on it? Are you restricted from any activities? Like weightlifting. I don't wanna have to give up that.
  9. So far I've tried Herbal Logix Cleansing Gel (SA/Glycolic solution), and even the 0.5% treatment from the Neautrogena Advanced Kit thingy......0.5%!! And I still got dry flaky skin. Mostly on my right cheek and jaw. The rest of my face was okay. I haven't really applied much moisturizer lately though...only a thin layer of emu oil in the morning, if that makes a difference.
  10. I'll give SA one last chance...by getting a sample of Paula's Choice 1% SA and the 1% SA lotion as well. Pretty sure it will leave my skin very flaky and irritated like the other products I've tried have. Anyways, what are my other options? I've just had the impression that non-medicated treatments won't be enough...what do you think? Would something like Purpose wash and manual exfoliation be enough?
  11. Just wondering. I've used it for awhile now and I like it. I just thought a moisturizer should have more to it than....emu oil. Wait...I think I'll try Hyaluronic Acid with it too.
  12. Right now I have mild active acne after a couple weeks on SA...a couple whiteheads every few days. I have so many friggen red and brown spots though (acne and sun) and was wondering if Green Cream would be a good idea for my overall face complexion as well as getting rid of my acne and fading the red and brown spots. My skin feels and appears to be mildly uneven and bumpy, as well. Is Green Cream effective at fading these spots, or should I use a different method? Or could I even use other treat
  13. The guys above me...you say that Accutane is the most dangerous. Aside from the short-term side effects that I've heard, such as dry lips/itchy eyes/etc....what others risks are there?
