  1. since i saw macleod liitle expiriment with beta carotene (any update by the way?), i satrted eating some 2-4 carrots with yougurt for the fat absorption part, and it seems as if i get stronger like the same day the skeleton or i don't know what is stronger, but i could be imegining it as well.... intresting to me that beta carotene can transform into accutane if to much heated to very high tempertures, and i contemplate on the thaght that if indeed the drug is on recptors blocking and stuff
  2. https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/content/dam/sigma-aldrich/docs/Sigma/General_Information/2/biofiles_issue11.pdf 13-cis-Retinoic acid (RA) has anti-inflammatory and anti-tumoraction. The action of RA is mediated through RAR-β and RAR-α receptors. RA attenuates iNOS expression and activity in cytokine-stimulated murine mesangial cells. It induces mitochondrial membrane permeability transition, observed as swelling and as a decrease in membrane potential, and stimulates the release of cytochrome c i
  3. i also read that hypervitaminosis A can deplete UDPGA. UDPGA also has to do with vitamin c synthesis but not in humans. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uridine_diphosphate_glucuronic_acid not saying that vitmain c can not get depleted from too much vitamin A in humans.
  4. from another forum thread i seen this about epsom salt, if this helps- http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/poisoning-the-mitochondria.27790/ The CBS mutation not only leads to excess taurine, but can also lead to excess sulfur groups. For this reason, it may be a good idea to limit sulfur intake. Excess sulfur intake can trigger a stress response or chronic stress. Sulfur is normally bound to amino acids, but the CBS upregulation can instead release the sulfur groups to sulfites
  5. guitarman. i took copper but only as a comlpiment for zinc, i now been waiting for like two weeks for the specific chep one i wan't to order to be on stock on iherb. i think that it's not just a one thing. the copper with others starts a process which later needs other things and if they are not there you might think that the copper isn't needed, but it might be just that other things it start making a need for are missing so you get no result, for copper this are some things i think goes
  6. TLR-2 - i posted a study showing it was still decreased 6 months post accutane, https://microbialcellfactories.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1475-2859-10-S1-S17.....Recognition of lactobacilli via TLR2 signalling pathways http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24916439 '' Isotretinoin therapy changes the expression of antimicrobial peptides in acne vulgaris. The amount of copper in sperm could simply be enough to give the body what it requires without having to worry about eating the right foods. (Constant ejaculation would be enough to deplete your zinc and copper supplies). ''
  8. no cure here, only research. tanedout posted about post finansteride recoveries with metronidazole and paromomycin , in the allthingsmale link there was one who said he followed a propecia recovred post from curezone, in that curezone link the guy said had Entamoeba histolytica. and i found according to the next study that this bug can produce an enzyme which inhibit methyltransferases(uses SAMe ) http://journals.plos.org/plospathogens/article?id=10.1371/journal.ppat.1000775 A New Nuclear F
  9. no, haven't looked much on selenium in relation to accutane reparing sides, thogh i think i've seen this study. http://springerplus.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/2193-1801-3-251 ''Integrated analysis of chronic lipotoxicity on muscle metabolism and stress and its reversal by antioxidants'' NAC was the antioxidant
  10. Vitamin A i had posted information that reduced lipogenesis would create an elevation of retinol and retinoic acid production in the skin and induction of vitmain A related genes, and that this can continue in a loop. this might be a/the reason for vitamin A deficency maybe. scd1 is what needed for helathy lipogenesis in sebocytes which has to do with skin/epidermal barrier http://diabetes.diabetesjournals.org/content/57/4/846.full ''Possibly, fatty acid activation of Foxo1 with subsequent i
  11. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22442665 TLR2 controls intestinal carcinogen detoxication by CYP1A1. Intestinal cytochrome P450 subclass 1A1 (CYP1A1) contributes to a metabolic "shield" protecting the host from ingested carcinogens such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). The expression of CYP1 (including CYP1A2 and CYP1B1) is considered to depend solely on a heterodimeric transcription factor consisting of the arylhydrocarbon receptor (AHR) and the AHR nuclear translocator (ARNT). So
  12. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3614089/ '' Treatment of patients with isotretinoin significantly decreased monocyte TLR-2 expression and subsequent inflammatory cytokine response to P. acnes by one week of therapy. This effect was sustained six months following cessation of therapy, indicating that TLR-2 modulation may be involved in the durable therapeutic response to isotretinoin. This study demonstrates that isotretinoin exerts immunomodulatory effects in patients and sheds light
