  1. I'm not sure. I started taking a couple of vitamins less than a week. And I'm starting to see improvements with my skin.
  2. I would use BP 2.5%. Studies show that 2.5% works equally to 10%, the only difference is that the higher concentrations irritate the skin more. I would reccomend you start washing your face twice a day, every day. There is a lot of dirt and oil on our faces throughout the day and if you don't wash it off before bed, it will cause acne. Another possible reason your still breaking out on your cheeks is because your pillow case has some oil and bactiria from the night before. I would start ch
  3. I use elta MD skin care UV shield. It's my favorite sunscreen and its non-comedogenic. It's SPF 45. You should look into it.
  4. Here is the supplement facts. Please let me know if any of the doses will cause acne.
  5. Thank you! I thought vitamin b made acne worse but I just googled it up and it actually does clear it up. I found vitamin b-6 in the vitamin cabinet. I'm going to add it. The supplement also has vitamin B-1,2,3,4,5,6,12, and biotin. Does those cause acne?
  6. I'm currently taking vitamin A, D, and Omega 3 for my acne. I'm buying vitamins C, E, and Zinc today. Is there any other vitamin that promises clear skin? Im going to whole foods store today and I want to know all the viamins the clear skin from acne. Please do not tell me that these vitamins do not work. I want to only hear success stories please. I want to try these vitamins. Is there any other vitamin? Thanks guys! I have mild acne but that doesn't mean it hurts any less than people
  7. I would speak to your dermatologist and ask why she wants to bump you up. She may have plans in mind that we won't know. It won't hurt to ask.
  8. You know what guys, your totally right. I haven't even noticed how much I have been irritating my skin with those products. I am stopping Tazorac. My skin feels awful right now. It just looks like poop. I washed it so many times today because I kept feeling unclean. Missamua, thanks for the support. I'm not sure if I really have bipolar or not. My mom wants me to go to therapy. She's forcing me to go but I hate it so much. I have social anxiety.
  9. I just started taking vitamin A,B,D, and E. I don't have vitamin C or Zinc at the moment but I'll buy them after the weekend. I'm going to kill this acne. I'm also going to continue my tazorac and light therapy. I need this acne gone!
  10. How will I get rid of my acne if I don't do anything about it? I forgot to mention that tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar did not help at all. They only irritated my skin. Guess what? I don't have anymore X-out. My right cheek looks really ugly. I don't want to show my face.
  11. Hey guys! I want to start off to say that I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide. You guys can probably already imagine the struggle i have with my acne. I have mild acne so thank god! I had the Ansr Beam to get rid of acne and aging with red and blue light but the machine is giving me problems so i have to buy a new one. Can anyone tell me if this is a good one to buy? I really don't want to spend over 100 dollars but i can't find anything under $100 so i want to know if this is good. http:
  12. Use it in a lower concentration. It's way too strong and it's proven that 2.5 is just as effective as 10%.
  13. Thanks for confirming. I can't use benzoyl peroxide because I'm allergic so I'm using Taxorac at night and washing my face twice a day. I was taking Acne Tame pills but I heard they are meant for girls so I stopped taking it.
  14. Is it normal to have a roller coaster ride with your acne? Sometimes it's really good, and then it gets bad, and then it gets good again and so on. It's really annoying because I don't change my skin regimin at all. I do the same thing every day but still have ups and downs with my acne. Do any of you expirence this? I have mild acne in case you were wondering.
