  1. Alright then, I will make an appointment with my dermatologist. Even though people tell me my acne isn't that bad (how i love that), I just can't stand it anymore. I had to skip a roadtrip with friends because i can't bare how my skin looks. But you gave me hope, I knew already that Accutane will help, i was just afraid of the long-term effects. Thank you so much, I made a decision now
  2. Hello Forum, so I have acne since over half a year now. It was bad a couple of months ago, also because I tend to pick at my acne. It fucking sucks! About me, 20 year old male. Anyways, I went to the derm and got Epiduo., it helps renew the skin from what I know. Been using it for a month now and i don't know what to think. On one side it cleared my acne a bit, my forehead is now clear apart from the little red scars left but i'm not worried about that. My problem areas now are the cheek

  4. With all due respect i feel this is far more substantial. I did the b5 route many years ago. This is a topical which is the first of its kind to change sebum production without the need to go on accutane or overdose on b5 . The latter of which is mediocre results wise All B-Vitamins are water-soluble so I don't see how you can overdose it. I've heard of people taking 10g/daily without side effects
  5. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling but yeah, a dermatologist will help you if you tell him what you just wrote here. They are SKIN doctors
  6. Hey, i noticed something similar aswell. A few hours after i've eaten i had 3 cysts on one side on my face. This can't be normal, it it down to the food we consume. So I read and got some information that foods with a high GI index spike Insulin and can cause a hormonal inbalance and break you out. For example ketchup which has usually tons of sugar in it. I don't know if this is all true but it kinda makes sense so I will take more care of what I eat, maybe try it for yourself.
  7. Whatever you do, visit a dermatologist first, it's probably hormonal acne.
  8. 1. Not really, maybe they would if applied to the face but im not doing that. 2. Nah, but i dont really eat salty foods that much, i only use it for fine tuning in my cooking. 1. Yeah I do dream, if they are crazy I tend to write em down too. What does dreaming in your pants mean? 2. Water and unsweetened tea only. 3. Im supplementing it daily, if anything then theres only slight improvement. Nearly every day, but I believe without the changes I made it would be a
  9. Hi, looks like mild acne to me, either way you should go to a derm immediately, not because its bad at the moment, - its totally fine and you have good chance of overcoming this fast - , but because you must avoid to let it get worse. Thats what I did, I was reluctant, didnt take it seriously - and later regret it. Goodluck
  10. Hey, I can't help you because well, I'm in the exact same situation. I also take Vitamin B5 daily but till now it didn't do anything. Diet changes, pillow changes, don't work aswell. No Regimen is the solution here, you can wash your face as good as you can but the acne will come back because the hormones are going crazy in this phase of life. I don't want to sound too negative since I also hope for something which can help me, but I guess hormonal acne requires antibiotics, have you
  11. Good that it worked for you, but don't praise soy milk like the ultimate solution. Because it's not. Everyone is different. I drink soy milk nearly every day and still have acne (also cystic one). However I do recommend cutting out dairy products since they do have hormones which can worsen acne.
  12. I also have Acne on my jawline which won't fade with creams. I'm sure it is hormonal as you said. I ordered Vitamin B5 to help with regulating the hormones, it all makes sense now let's just hope it will work. Are you Acne-free by now? Thanks
  13. This. Also you should ask someone to lick your forehead, if it tastes sweet those are sugar spots. *not serious*
  14. Don't let this get to your head, i've seen a lot worse stuff, with the right treatment you'll have clear skin in no time. Goodluck
