I know this isn't directly linked to acne, however, it is a skin issue. I'm getting more freckles as I get into my cleansing/ moisturizing routine. Could removing the skins natural layer of moisture make you more sensitive to sunlight? Anybody?

  9. the last few days i've eaten less meat and drank milk for the first time in a year. the last few days my skin has cleared a lot... skin is too confusing. i thought milk was bad for my skin and meat had no effect. my hormones might have taken a swerve. who knows. its hard to establish cause and effect. im getting pretty sick of trying to figure out the answer.

  11. My blackheads are everywhere. On my nose now I am getting little dents in my skin, where blackheads have been removed. Thing is the skin on my nose is really thin, sensitive and easily dried. So part of me wants to keep away from these acids. Will a low Retin-A or diluted lemon juice make my skin more sensitive and how can I combat this? What about Apple Cider Vinegar?
  12. I have ones like this as well. Can't seem to get rid of them.. And they get worse the longer they are in there. My blackheads have gotten less pleasant looking as times gone on
  13. This stuff sounds GREAT. I'm gonna get me some. One question - my skin is quite red and sensitive. ACV won't make it any redder or sensitive, will it?
  14. yeah but what about blackheads? they are a form of acne, they dont come from medications either. i have mild acne and i do find that is brought out be using products. support hey hey. i don't know... its my natural disposition to be skeptical.
