  1. Hello, i have been trying to order products for a few days now but i have not been successful as payment has been declined. 


    Is there something going on? How can i order

    I am contacting you to officially request an investigation into my shipment. 


    as follows.
    Customer confirmation number 1: 202201184711ANEK6U8YQ6L
    Region tracking number 2: UM263852212USA


    I ordered it on Feb. 01. But it has not yet arrived to me. It just shows me no movement in the stage of "  processed at export facility " for about 2 weeks (14days)


    Therefore I contacted DHL support team to ask for tracking my shipment yesterday, and after then I received a reply as follows, saying that in case of my parcel has not arrived within 10 bussiness days after expected delivery date, kindly contact your sender to discuss further options.


    As I mentioned above, my order made on Feb. 01 has no movement at the certain stage for about 2 weeks, which is the time that has been already past than the 10 business days mentioned by DHL support team.

    So, I think you need to take either an official investigation or further action such as refund, resend and so on for my missing parcel. 

    p.s) Ironically, the other order that I made Feb. 03  (Tracking number : 202202042050042V55KQBMYUO) through your site had already reached to me last week.......

    We regret you haven’t received your shipment yet. Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs. In case your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, kindly contact your sender to discuss further options.

    An official investigation can only be raised by our contract partner, in this case the shipper.
