  1. I've used the Neutrogena with 2% salycic acid and within 20-30 minutes, my skin gets oily again. The problem is not at the surface...the problem is internal. All of this stuff that we put on our face is just concealing the problem.
  2. So you have to take these for the rest of your life? I'm assuming that megadosing on B5 will only conceal the problem.
  3. So this works everywhere? Because I have 3 dark spots and they look like the Bermuda Triangle. Right where my erector spinae converges with the buttocks. Argggg
  4. http://www.changingshape.com/resources/ref...ces/vmchart.asp "Overdose: Unknown, although excess of one B vitamin may cause deficiency of others." "Deficiency: Anxiety; hysteria; depression; muscle cramps; loss of apetite; in extreme cases beriberi (mostly in alcoholics). Deficiency: Cracks and sores around the mouth and nose; visual problems. Deficiency: In extreme cases, pellagra, a disease characterized by dermatitis, diarrhea and mouth sores. Deficiency: Pernicious anemia; nerve damage.
  5. Sounds like a plan! I'll try this and see if I see any results within 2 months.
  6. I had some acne about a year ago and after the acne went away, it left a dark spot under the skin? It usually occurs when I get the nasty cystic type acne. How would I go about removing this? I've been using hydroquinone on the spot for more than half a year and the spot is still there. Hmmmm
