  1. Hi guys. I finally am getting clear. After years of trying many things...birth control, every face wash, spot treatment, toner, moisturizer, vitamin, mineral, supplement, you name it. These three things helped me the most: 1. Curology. For those of you who don't know, curology is a website that allows you to get prescription meds from a real derm online, no insurance needed. My script had zinc pyrithione, niacinamide, and clindamycin. I use it every night after washing my face and it caused

I love this foundation. What I like about it: -does not cause breakouts! -full buildable coverage -actually covers really well. -looks great when you put it on with elf's flat top powder brush -dries so nicely. Never feels sticky. Once it dries it feels like your own skin but smoother Some things to note: -make sure you clean your brush you use for this like every other day because it will cake up your brush Definitely give this product a try. I am in the process of healing my acne and th
  3. I started about 4 weeks ago. I'm not using the acne.org regimen though!
  4. Hi everyone. I started a new regimen a few weeks ago. I've been taking photos of my face recently to compare but I'm starting to not be able to tell a difference anymore. Can anyone tell me if it looks better? Thank you!
  5. I have them on my cheeks and forehead. I use curology and it has been bringing them to the surface. Check it out
  6. They don't make you disrobe. The only reason they'd want to see that area is if you had a skin problem there. They will have you sit down and solely look at your face
  7. I started using Curology about 2.5 weeks ago. It is 1% clindamycin, 0.25% zinc and 4% niacinamide. I have attached 2 of the same photos. The one with the circles are the spots that are the biggest. As you can see on the left (day 1) they are under the skin, and now they are surfaced. Also, my chin has already came out a lot and is starting to heal (all those pink spots on my chin are flat/coverable. Does this seem like purging? Has anyone purged on curology? Thanks
  8. I have the same issue but on my cheeks as well. I take Spearmint capsules which have cut down on my oil majorly (it is an anti-androgen). Also drinking a ton of water helps this area for me as well. I am also using Curology to bring things to the surface which helps them come to the surface
  9. I have the same thing. I recommend Curology. I apply it every night and those small under skin bumps are finally surfacing and healing for me
  10. Has anyone tried it? I am on week 3 now, seeing some improvements. Basically, it is a website where you send in photos of your skin and take a quiz, and they pair you with a dermatologist who gives you prescription topicals. NO insurance, NO pharmacy. They mail it to your door. I like it so far and am seeing results. Has anyone else here tried it, and did it work for you?
  11. -avoiding direct sunlight on your face when with other people -avoiding mirrors in stores -deciding places to go (like restaurants) based on their lighting -covering face with hair -bringing extra makeup everywhere -having a "better" side of your face and hoping people sit on that side of you -avoiding looking at yourself in he car window when going into your car -sometimes looking in mirrors just to see how bad it really is (being brave to do this) -when having a conversation with s

I went to the ER twice because I was so anxious that

    Great, gentle moisturizer.

    Great, gentle moisturizer.

I use organic argan oil (Pura D'or on Amazon) and it has been working well for me. I use CeraVe foaming cleanser in the morning and put this on before my powder foundation. I find it is best to put on two pumps, wait 10 seconds, then dab my face with a towel. It really moisturizes without clogging pores or making my skin greasy. At night, I use aloe vera gel. This combo has really helped my skin heal and seem healthy and plumper.
