  1. I find liquid MUCH better compared to putting powder on every morning. I liked my minerals, though. But liquid is too good.
  2. I have not broken out from cream blushes. I'm currently using Maybelline's.
  3. Whoever suggested Revlon Colorstay....I'm on day 2 of trying it out. I was at Walgreens, they were having a buy one, get one free deal, so I tried it out. I like it. I'm just waiting to see if it'll break me out or not. The coverage is good, I got it in the Light formulation for oily/combo? skin. My boyfriend helped me pick out the shade, and i think he did a very good job. No more Maybellline DMM, because that stuff turns orange :[ (A friend told me I looked kind of TAN on tuesday) I couldn't t
  4. You should totally try Maybelline's Dream Mousse blush. The texture is absolutley....MMMMMMMM There are several pinks and like, 2 browns?, and plums. I think you'd look nice in one of the pinks. If I were you, I'd try the whipped frosting or strawberries, whatever it is called. Really cute pink colours.
  5. I use Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush. I've been using it for about a month, now. It has not broken me out..Yet. Just purchased the mousse bronzer as well. The consistency of the mousse... It's very fun to touch and put on. I bought their foundation as well. I've used it a few times, much quicker to apply with fingers compared to a brush. I must admit I'm getting tired of having to wash my brushes every other week. Stopped using foundation for a few days, but I think I like putting stuff on my
  6. Applying makeup every morning is probably the most time I spend on morning routine. BUT. For two days straight, I haven't worn any foundation. I don't think I really need it unless I want to put it on. I just put on my blush and shadow/mascara. Too bad I just bought Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation. It was buy one get one free at Walgreen's, too. The texture IS SO like a dream. Has not broken me out, yet.
  7. I just visited the Lotus makeup site. They offer free samples. I'm thinking about trying this and Aubrey Nicole out, and see which makeup provides more coverage/lasts longer. Right now I'm using a mix of EDM and Joppa. I'm really tempted to try the Physician's Formula mineral powder, too.
  8. Yeah, I do not buy any "special" facial cleaners anymore. I just use the Dove white soap bar, it washes off all of my makeup and cleans my body. It smells good, too.
  9. SWEET. I'm totally digging their dream mousse blush. I hope this foundation works for me. Is this at all the Walgreens? I think so.
  10. I add the mineral concealor to a little bit of moisturizer, and it works well for undereye circles. Also, for any other discolouration. Then put some powder on top.
  11. My mom is a stylist and has done my hair all my life. Except this one time, my friend bleached my hair because I wanted it purple, and it looked horrible. I've coloured my hair all kinds of colours before, but when my friend did it, it looked like shit! My hair is pretty healthy now, the bleaching really damaged my hair :[ I've recently got it cut(by my mom of course) and all of that yucky damaged stuff is gone So. My daily hair routine: Wash with shampoo every morning and night. I do this bec
  12. Totally went out and bought the Maybelline dream mousse blush, I think it was called "coffee cake? creme?" Can't wait to wake up in the morning and shower and prepare for my day...and that includes makeup! The blush has a little bit of shimmer in it, but I think it'll be okay. I just hope it isn't horrible on my skin. Browsed makeup aisle @ Walmart...bought 2 lip colours from N.Y.C brand... One of the colours looked nice on my lips, it kind of looks like my nail polish, "beige marilyn" of lanc
  13. I think nonmineral blush is okay. I'm thinking about purchasing Maybelline's Coffee Cake dream mousse blush. The containers look cute, and it just looks soooo creamy. I'll check out some other brands at Walmart/Target later on today. I just don't feel like ordering online and having to not like the colours. I started wearing moisturizer again in areas of my skin that was just so dry. My dermatologist told me not to, because it would cause me to break out...Since he said my skin has gotten be
  14. No, I've only ordered from them once(Joppa store). ANd got my stuff a month later. D: Thanks for the colours, Rikke. I'll check them out, for sure. I wish EDM Had a kit with the mini blushes. Didn't they used to have that?
  15. I totally need a makeup case, too. One that my brushes can fit into so dust won't get stuck on them overnight, haha. I've got a container to close the brushes, but the closing lid is filled with my eyemakeup brushes.
  16. So, I was eating a peanut butter sandwich today, and the type of peanut butter I was eating was the kind with oil on the top. Natural, yeah, that's the kind. The kind you've got to stir..Anyways. It was all goopy and dripped all over my chin. I hope it didn't sink into my pores. Haha. I left it on for a while because I was too lazy to wash it off. When I got in the shower, I washed my face with Irish Spring soap. I've been cleaning my facial skin with regular soap bar lately, and it doesn't brea
  17. I've tried both matte and intensive formulations... I do not think there is much of a difference in coverage.
  18. Hmm. If I suggested EDM if they could come up with a formula with added kaolin clay to their products, do you thikn they'd consider it?
  19. Mineral makeup really ISN'T so difficult to apply. Glad it's working out for you :3
  20. At least people don't call you EVERY SINGLE DAY wanting you to be social. I wish I had all the time in the world to sleep sleep sleep eat and be lazy. Not leaving the house= not spending $$$ on things.
  21. Long hair on men is sexy. My boyfriend has longer hair than I do. And it curls at the bottom. OMG he's so dreamy. I have awesome hair too. I think shorter hair makes me look fat.
  22. Just smash the zit until it goes flat. Other than that, I don't think it's near possible to fix bumps :[
