  1. This is the way I was thinking just this past week. I have been cyst free for almost a year! And the week of my graduation i start my period and get two cysts! I've had about 2-3 cortisone shots already and nothing helps. But the worst feeling was the anxiety and "flashbacks" to my worse days. I know it is not that bad but for me right now, but it feels like the world is ending and I think because it is like being traumatized. A state of panic begins because then I start thinking, is this the

    Help With Dim

I use DIM by Estroblock and I love it! I haven't had a cystic breakout in a few months. I used to get them weekly and especially before my period. I use Estroblock along with liver support (NOW brand), fish oils, burdock root, multivitamin, Hair skin and nails (bluebonnet Brand), and a probiotic! I can't pinpoint what exactly is helping me stay clear but this entire natural/herbal combo has helped me out a lot! I did not want to fix my diet because...well...I love to eat and even being on my reg

  4. Hi all, I posted a while ago in desperate need of advice on hormonal cystic acne (chin only), I am happy to report that it is now under control! Praise Jesus! I'm not sure what happened but these are my current oral supplements. I stopped using birth control because I didn't want to take any oral prescriptions anymore. This combination seems to be working great. I have had a few breakouts but no cysts! YES!!!! I'm so glad because I was so over the pain and embarrassment! Hopefully this works
  5. Yes, it's safe. I have had a lot of cortisone shots and I continued my regimen. I'm actually gonna go in soon to get a few cysts injected. Not looking forward to it.
  6. Estroblock, from what I have read, helps support healthy estrogen and rids of the bad estrogen that is said to cause hormonal cysts. It has worked for a lot of women suffering from cystic hormonal acne. It also is supposed to control testosterone levels which is why I am taking it right now. Have only been taking it for a few weeks (going on 3 weeks). I figured why not give it a shot!
  7. I have suffered with acne since I was about 10 years old; I am now 26. A few years ago I began getting cystic acne on my chin, corners of my mouth, and a few on the jawline. I was placed on birth control at a young age and used it on and off, on for the past 3 years. I have now come off birth control due to the fact that it has increased in cost and because it just didn't seem to be working anymore. I was also on antibiotics for a while and came off of those due to developing antibiotic resistan
  8. I have struggled with acne since I was 13 years of age. I am now 26. My acne has gotten a lot better since so I'm thankful for that, but now I struggle with cystic acne in the chin area. I have been on birth control for the past few years to regulate my cycle and ease the cramps a little as well as a few cysts I had in my ovaries. I have been on topicals and antibiotics and they worked pretty well. Right now I am on Acanya (AM), Tazorac (PM), Pan Oxyl (10%), I was on the Bactrim but have stopped
