  1. Hi everyone I am not entirely sure if what I have is actually seb derm, although in a strange way I am kind of hoping it is so I can at least get some ideas on how to treat it. So far I'm just at a loss to what the condition is so I'm reluctant to start spending a lot of money on various things. I should point out that my skin is only like this when it's cold. In the summer, the only problem I have is a few large pores on my cheeks and nose which I can very easily disguise with a good pr
  2. I have a feeling I will need something like laser treatment to really sort the problem out! All over my cheeks (and this only happens in colder months) I get these tiny red marks..kind of like ice pick scars. I don't think they are just clogged pores because when I squeeze them nothing comes out. 4. Thanks for the response Tyler That's why I have thought it may not be rosacea- as most rosacea sufferers seem to get it worse in summer but mine is always 100x in winter. In terms of products I use I use a lot of the Paula's Choice range for the large pores and dark spots but starting from today I am stopping using any topicals as I think they are too harsh, just for a week to see what happens. Instead I am just using cetaphil and coconut oil, grapeseed oil. I'm using a very mild face wash
  5. Note my skin is only like this in winter..summer it's almost perfect!
