    Your doc. sounds like he doesn't understand acne. I wouldn't do that if I were you. Maybe get a referral to a dermatologist? Sorry I wasn't more help...
  2. I'm sure you could find one easily through google images... just search for "cyst" If you can't find one there... you'll know if you have one because it HURTS! There will usually be no head - at least in the beginning - and will look red/inflamed and raised.
  3. I'm not sure if this has already been discussed.... I couldn't find anything though... so here-goes. Does anybody else breakout in a new area after one area is cleared up? For example, I usually broke out around my t-zone. Now that I've been following the CSR, this has gone away... but now my cheeks are all bumpy.     ST Ives Apricot Blemish Control

    I swear I've tried the most expensive stuff... St. Ives $4 medicated scrub works the best, even though most experts would not recommend it. I don't care... it works!

    Clogged pores!

    I have been following something similar to the clear skin regimen for 2-3 months and am happy with my skin. I use Cetaphil cleanser then Vichy moisturizer during the day before applying make-up. At night I steam my face for 15 minutes, wash again, use diluted apple cider vinegar as a toner, moisturize with Dove's night cream and then apply Clindamycin (5% BP plus 1% Clindamycin). My active pimples are all gone. Which is great, BUT for some reason I have a new problem... bumpy clogged pores all
