  3. Hey guys, I have some questions about food/diet. So the daily recommended amount of sugar intake is around 35g. It seems grams of sugar stack up so quickly in foods, especially in fruits. A single apple has about 12g of sugar. But apples supposively help with leveling blood sugar/glucose levels. Can someone help me understand this a bit better?   5. Thanks, just got that Cetaphil bar and am trying not moisturizing my chin area/ using ACV after I shower instead, as well as before I go to sleep. So do you think I should just use the Cetaphil bar to wash before applying the ACV and not use the Dove bar at all?
  6. Hey guys, I have acne on my face and chest. Chest has been clearing up a lot more recently due to lemon juice. The acne on my face is mainly just below my mouth on the right and left side (in these two regions that have always been a problem), other pimples on chin, jaw region.   7. Hey guys. So I've just recently given up on using any topical treatments perscribed by my dermatologists. I just don't see mantaining results and think my skin is just too sensitive (?) / doesn't respond well with most medications.
