  1. Hello, I was just wondering, who has tried acne.org's glycolic acid? How do you like it? Do you apply it like a moisturizer? Also, do you know if it helped with pockmarks/rolling acne scars and box-scars?
  2. I was trying to read some stuff about this before actually posting something, and I've found that there is a weak connection between masturbation and acne. But at the same time, when you masturbate it increases testosterone levels in the body which is partly responsible for making acne worse, but it doesn't cause acne. Don't refrain from masturbating if you enjoy it. But as with anything, do it in moderation.
  3. Yea I have had ups and downs with my acne. I have good days and bad. It is NEVER too late to turn your life around And try not to use alcohol as an escape.. that's what leads to alcoholism. Try exercising, like someone say above. Just go outside and run. Run until you wanna die of exhaustion. It's a much more productive way to relieve stress. And no one here will think you're a b*tch. 4. Hello!, I was just wondering, what do you ladies and gentlemen do you combat the "acne blues?" As someone who has suffered a long time with feeling self-conscious about my acne and its scarring, I have learned that doing certain things helps me to feel better about myself. And I think it's important to do those things regularly as it will help stave off those negative feelings. Personally, I like to dance, workout, play around with cosmetics (try different looks), and get dressed up for no r
  5. Hello Ollie, I'm from the United States. You're definitely not alone. Acne plagues people from ALL over the world. It's a very difficult disease to cope with because it affects our appearance and not only do we have to deal with the acne when it's inflamed but the scars afterwards. Thank you for sharing your story as I'm sure it was very difficult. I have known of this website for a while but it wasn't until today that I finally posted my own story to it. I know it sounds cheesy, but getting yo
  6. I guess just.. when people say I look attractive. Like I feel like my scars are all people can see sometimes, but when people still find me attractive it makes me feel good, like they can see past the scarring. I am a cashier at a local grocery store and every now and then a man will say, "hello, beautiful lady" or something like that and it makes my entire day. And I know it's not that I did my makeup well! Because you can't hide rolling scars with makeup, lol. My ex-boyfriend also said I was b
  7. Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I have not purchased any of the products that this website offers, but I needed a community of people that were dealing with a similar struggle. And with all of my searches for acne/acne scar treatments, acne.org seemed to pop-up repeatedly and I thought I'd sign up. I'm sure my post isn't the first and I apologize if I didn't post it in the right spot. But anyway, I guess I will give a brief history of my acne struggle. Basically, acne runs in my
