  1. Wow. You are literally in the same position I am. My acne started at the same time and I'm currently a sophomore in high school. I would 100% recommend Accutane. My treatment is done in 2 days and it is easily the best decision I have ever made. Within two months of starting my skin was flawless, and I've had no pimples since. Its so nice not having to worry about people staring at my face, or obsessing over how to cover things up with makeup. Side effects are based on dosage. The higher dose y

My acne wasn't as bad as some peoples, but it was noticeable, so I'm sure yours will clear up too. The amount your derm prescribed you is fine also. Im 115' and was taking 80 mg a day at one point (that was a bit too much, wayyy too dry) but anywhere from 40/60 should be perfect. I hope everything works

At first it seemed to help a bit, less noticeable bumps and small break outs. But after a month my skin returned to its normal state. My doctor was convinced that I should stay on the medication and I somehow ended up on it for a year with NO change. One day I decided to stop taking it on my own and honestly my skin improved. At my next appointment my doctor commente
