  1. I've been taking cod liver oil, and I'm just a oily as I was before lol. You are taking lots of fish oil, don't take more than you need, I take 1 cod liver oil capsule a day but try to take 1 every other day.
  2. Yeah just keep rubbing it in until it stops gliding easily. I've been using it about 6 months and I must say It's done wonders for me, I only jsut started using it on ym cheeks and they're getting a bit spottier... hopefully it's the initial breakout. Also what are the angles of the nose?
  3. That last quote I made sure I saved, because it's so true and I think it's soemthing we all need to know.
  4. I was thinking of using their facewash, because I don't have a decent one and could neevr find one... but freederm looks like it's good for acne and good for the skin. Anyone tried "Freederm lotion"?
  5. amen Before you go drinking vinegar, don't forget it's an acid and it AWFUL for the tooth animal!! So i wouldn't suggest that.
  6. Is the only place I can egt this onlone, cos they don't sell it in Sainbury's or whatever... and it's like exclusive to salons.
  7. So that dove moisturizer with SPF isn't greasy? Hmm can you give em a link to it?
  8. Not sold int he UK. What else is out there? That doesn't leave you greasy! Also... is a moisturizer aswell.
  9. How will moisturizing with a good mositruizer help reduce oil? And what is a good moisturizer? I wash ym face once a day... and i'm VERY oily. Also, I don't understand what the point of moisturizing. All it does it stop you gtom having dry skin. I dunno fi it's actually "good" for the skin.
  10. I've been on differin and i've also got those small bumps. To be honest i'm greatful I don't have the inflamed red spots anymore. But could ti eb Differin causing these little forehead bumps?
  11. No offense but this is slightly corrupt. Because I'm pretty sure the vast majority of this forum is caucasian. I come from a mxied family, half is from Zimbabwe, half from England. Both sides fo ym family have had memebrs in their family who suffer from acne. I myself have had acne since I was around 13... but I got the odd spot from around age 9. Believe you me, I inflamed spots all over my forehead, it wasn't nice. Also with darker skinned people you get hyperpigmentation that takes lon
  12. It could be SA. I have been feeling like you for a while now, I get very anxious in new social situations... worrying about how people will percieve me etc. To be honest, you really need to see your doctor about this. Whatever you do don't despair, you can overcome this. I've been getting better lately... I used to also shake etc... but now I'm so much better. Please see your doctor you won't regret it. Also with SA the anticipation anxiety is usually 10x worse than the actual event.
  13. Don't use hair removal cream, are you nuts? You're 16, let it grow naturally. Try buying one of those manual sideburn trimmers, and shave it with that a couple times a week. Its quick, it wont irritate your skin, and you don't need shaving cream or razors. Easy for you to say, I can't shave without getting a face full fo oimples. I have very tight afro hair which causes unsightly ingrown hairs (not just a few) a face full! So don't tell em i'm crazy.
  14. Hello, today i've been looking all over the ent for hair removal cream. In doing so I came across a review saying that it has kept someone clear. I also read that hair removal cream dissolves the hair proteins and at the same time the surface of the skin. So maybe it works as a strong exfoliant again acne? Oh and your not suppose to hair remove mroe than once in 48 hours, maybe this is due to it being a strong exfoliant? Any opinions on this?
  15. I've seen the commercial too, it must hold the record for "longest commercial". In all hoenstly it looks great on the commercial but to me appears a scam, mainly because they ahve so few colours.
  16. No offtence but doens't your post kind of contradict itself? Your saying that you hate people who in their eyes feel they have bad skin and you say they don't. Yet you hate it when people say you have good skin? and you think it's pratronizing.
  17. NOW YOU TELL ME! AHHHH.... I;'ve just done it and it burnt like hell, so burning. Looks like i'm gonna have a upper lip full of inflamed zits :'(
  18. Okay, i've done it! It helped but didn't remove all the hair. It also burnt like hell... it'll take another round lol.
  19. Hey, I'm 16 years old and ahve just started gettign facial hair, only on y chin and tash area. I was wondering wether using a hair removing cream would prevent ingrown hairs as I am VERY prone to them being of African descent. I only get acne on ym forehead and I would be devastated if as a result of shaving would get lots of spots and pigmentation issues all over my cheek area. Also if I was to hair remove now, nobody woudlw onder why I have no stubble because I don't have much facial hair at
