Hey Jade, Maybe Im not making myself clear, so Im gonna break it down: 1. In one your previous posts you state that cardio exercise "decreases testosterone". 2. I just wanna know what source you have to back up this statement. In other words: what research or person says this? That's all ;-)

How about just stop doing it? -
I suspect there's some kind of connection between acne and metabolism. When I do cardio exercise, my acne always gets better. Now why is that I wonder? Well, when you do cardio your metabolism increases, and you burn fat (lipids) easier. Sebum is a lipid, and therefore Im thinking there could be a connection. Also, B5 works by increasing metabolism and lipids, and this seems to help some acne sufferers. Just a thought
