  1. Of course I eat different things every day, for breakfast I usually eat cereal or oatmeal. For lunch some type of sandwich or leftovers. And for dinner some type of meat and vegetables. Sometimes i'll have a little ice cream or a brownie. I can't use the bp gel on my back because I refuse to bleach all of my clothing. As it is I think I have ruined some shirts due to the bp on my face overnight. I think for the most part the jojoba oil has helped. But since my skin sucks it probably causes br
  2. There seems to be a myth in our society that acne is only for teenagers and once you are no longer a teen, you will no longer have acne. If only this myth were true. I can't remember the last time I had clear skin. I am 25 and still dealing with acne. I have oily skin, easily clogged pores and believe my acne is mild to moderate. Throw in a few cysts every now and then. It has gotten better over the years but any kind of acne sucks. I tried the regimen but I break out easily and moisturizers ma
  3. During my teenage years my acne was most likely considered moderate. The dermatologist put me on antibiotics, retin a, differin, cleocin t at different times. I feel that it did help somewhat but I still had acne. Part of the problem was possibly my oily skin. Well I'm currently 24 and still having a problem. While it isn't as bad as it was when I was a teen, it's still there. What I wouldn't give to have clear skin. My main problems are whiteheads, blackheads on my nose and t zone, papules (I
  4. I bought cetaphil cleanser for oily skin, since my skin is oily. I found it to be really drying and the smell is terrible. Anyone else have a similar expeirence?
  5. I suggest trying another lotion. I have neutrogena oil free moisturizer for combination skin and it doesn't seem to be as greasy as others. Although I'm not sure if it is agreeing with my skin. If your moisturizer has sunscreen in it, it will usually be greasier. You most likely do need the moisturizer though. I have oily skin and even I need a moisturizer with the bp.
  6. They are little bumps, a little bigger than the head of a pin that appear on my nose, cheeks and forehead. I would assume they are papules because they aren't whiteheads or blackheads. I currently have Dan's 2.5% bp gel, it is the older stuff in the white and purple packaging, not the new packaging. Also I am using Neutrogena oil free moisture for combination skin. This moisturizer does not have aha in it. Considering I started off using the eucerin skin renewal and it burned my face I'd know
  7. I've been on a modofied regimen for about a month. During the day I spot treat with bp. My skin is oily so I don't want to put bp and moisturizer on my face because then I feel like a grease monkey. At night I put the bp and moisturizer on my face. I do think that it is helping but I feel like the moisturizer is breaking me out. I started off trying the eucerin skin renewal and that just irritated my face and made it burn. Now I am using the neutrogena and I get little bumps on my forehead and
  8. I have cetaphils cleanser for normal to oily skin, the smell is awful and lingered on my hands for hours. Not to mention my skin actually felt dry after cleansing and that never happens. So I won't be using that cleanser again! On Dan's description of the regimen it says that bp can bleach things even after it's dried. And I can't walk around for the rest of my life wearing a white tshirt. I was going to try the panoxyl bar 10% for clearing my back but my pharmacy keeps telling me they are o
  9. Well I have really greasy skin as well so I can't be of too much help. Use blotting papers, biore and clean & clear make good ones. I have also heard that milk of magnesia is a good oil absorber.
  10. I started the regimen a few days ago and I'm already giving up on it. I use neutrogena cleanser, Dan's 2.5% bp gel and eucerin skin renewal spf 15 lotion. I started off once a day because even though my skin is oily it can get dry and flaky. The eucerin lotion makes my face greasier than it usually is. Do I really need a moisturizer since my skin is so oily? Is there any lotion out there that is actually non greasy? It would be nice to use it on my back also which is breaking out like crazy th
