  1. Thanks for the reply! Hmm, yes, going to try excluding poultry/beef from my diet and see what happens. As for toothpaste - already using organic one and I don't use razor.
  2. Could anyone please help with identifying what could be the root problem for my acne? I'm male, 27 years old, acne since puberty. Around nose, mouth and on scalp. I have something opposite of cystic acne, pimples mostly show up on outer layer of skin. Of all the tests I'v taken and doctors visited, only IgG4 food sensitivity panel show up that there's something wrong with me. High sensitivity to grains and gluten, dairy, few fruits and veggies. But as weird as it sounds, most of the time it
  3. I could relate to this problem (male, 27) - as my IgG4 food sensitivity panel suggests, I can eat only meat, fish and veggies. Can't have eggs, gluten, dairy, nuts ect. Also avoiding fruits because of sugar + for a big surprise, turns out I'm very sensitive to apples. As a result - I'm struggling to keep my weight. Last time I followed this strict diet, I dropped from 70kg to 64kg (1,79m tall). Face cleared up. After that - started to eat "normal" again - results went downhill.
  4. Interesting! :) You inspired me to order the Garden of Life supplement, lot's of nice reviews! And yeah - have to agree on the desk job killing free time, same here. Looking forward to add more greens and probiotics to my diet. So far I'm doing something like mentioned here - http://www.acne.org/messageboard/topic/316709-gut-flora-and-leaky-gut-after-5-years-i-finally-found-the-root-cause-and-im-clear-using-the-gut-diet/ But yeah, feels like cutting out some foods is just not enough, enriching
  5. Hey! Could you relate to my post? http://www.acne.org/messageboard/topic/358950-what-type-of-acne-is-this-suggestions-26-years-old-acne-since-puberty-img/ I think we might have the same internal gut problem and proper diet could do the trick! What exactly did you change in your died, greens, supplements? PS. My green breakfast - peas, cucumber, avocado and matcha tea! :D
  6. Hello everyone, time has come to make a post, hoping someone could give some directions or tips. About me: Male, 26 years old. Sensitive skin. Lifestyle: Work with computer, but love to exercise, mostly - running. Acne type: Mostly - blackheads and blackheads that turn in to whiteheads. Whiteheads can show up really fast and are filled with loads of white puss. They pop really easy and also heal pretty quickly. Since they are on top of surface, I get no scaring. No cystic acne for me.
  7. Woah, didnt expect for such fast reply. Thanks! But antibiotics and creams you listed, seem to be very strong medicine, arent you afraid that using them long-term could do a big damage to your body?
