  1. I barley ever drink anymore but some situations it is hard to avoid it when going out with friends. Which type would have the least negative effects. I know to stay away from sugary mixed drinks and limit consumption so would shots of gin or liquor (dark or light) be best or a red wine (i know it has antioxidant properties). Always any specific brands of alcohol you guys know that aren't that bad in sugar/calories or gluten free?

  3. My current diet -No dairy, meat, sugar, little to no wheat - All organic bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kale, spinach, nuts (peanut, almonds, cashews), oats, green tea, lemon water, brown rice, onions, carrots, peppers. No real progress on acne, any suggestions on what to take out/put in?
