Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows anything about these spots/lumps I have on my chest? I have had them for a few years now and I have no idea what they are. They are under the skin, but stick out. They feel like small lumps under the skin, they are not painful at all. I also have some around my armpits. If anyone has an idea what they may be, your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hello, I am finding it very difficult to treat my skin as I do not have typical 'acne' It is very sensitive, red, oily and prone to whiteheads, also a very bumpy in texture. My face is always red and extremely oily. My problem is I do not know how to categorise my skin,. If anyone can offer some help on to what they think may be the best treatments, then I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know. Thank you

Thank you both -
Hello! I am new to these boards. My skin has always been hard to treat as I don't suffer from typical acne - it's more of an overall issue. My problem is I do not know how to categorise my skin, so I am finding it hard to treat. If anyone can offer some help on to what they think may be the best treatments, then I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know. Thanks in advance!
