  1. Just avoid Fatty Meats and eat more Fiber Foods. Wash your face twice a day to remove excess oil so it does not clog your pores.
  2. Coconut oil is very helpful against acne problem, it does not clog your pores or cause you to break out and it holds lots of vitamin e which is good for your skin and actually absorbs into your skin. that's all I really know: http://antiskinproblems.com/wonders-of-coconut-oil-for-acne/
  3. The best way to provide peace of mind! Go see your dermatologist!
  4. It doesn't work miracles, but as long as you're willing to work the routine, it does do a good job. It depend on your skin type and the person. http://antiskinproblems.com/truth-about-proactive-reviews/
  5. Proactiv worked for some people I know, But I think it really depends on the user! http://antiskinproblems.com/truth-about-proactive-reviews/
  6. procative is a waste of time, proactive would probably only help you if you had 1 regualr small pimple, however id class yours as moderate and can see youve seem to have had acne for a while, its not magically going to go away on its own without good treatment, i highly recommend accutane, people seem to always hate on the side effects but look up accutane on youtube its not so scarey. It really all depends on the user. I know many people that swear by it, and then others that searched for yea
  7. Due to the lauric, caprylic and capric acid found in coconut oil, it makes an excellent cream to help diminish acne scars. Coconut oil also helps to prevent new acne scars from forming. http://antiskinproblems.com/wonders-of-coconut-oil-for-acne/
