  2. I tried it on my body and it broke out my back! Gonna wash our turtle with it.
  3. Hi! Long time no see (skin have been nice lately)! So I got a new face wash as a gift, first I was happy (kind of), but then I saw SLS on the ingredients and got bummed, what should I do? I can't just throw it away, how I can use it up? Btw it's Uriage Hyseac Cleansing Gel.

  6. I'm interested in this, I don't suffer from acne or rarely get pimples, I just don't want to put pore clogging ingredients on my face, this would be ok for regular daily use for someone who just needs a non-comedogenic moisturizer, correct?Yes this is just fine for skin like yours, in fact my skin is like this right now, before it was oilier with more pimples but for no particular reason my acne got less, I left out sunscreen in the recent weeks, though.
  7. Personally never tried Cetaphil, I recommend Avene Cleanance Gel, Very good for skin and widely available in stores. A bit expensive though..

If you need some shampoo to kill dandruff, you should try something that has Ketokenazole, it's the best thing for dandruff it saved my life twice! You leave it on your hair for 10 mins and rinse away, you use that every other day for a week and then once a week 'til dandruff's gone/better. Though I think it strips off hairdye but you use it less than usual shampoo.
  9. I am not really a specialist but I think you should, because too much is as bad as too little.
  10. That's Interesting, thus I heard if using Ibuprofen too often (oral) can make you deaf, i wonder if it's the same thing if you use it topically.
  11. Heyy!! I know I didn't post here for a while! But for around a week I stopped Using anything that contains SPF and instead I just kept a hat or a cap in my bag and my skin's loving it! Also I'll be saving a lot of money from now on, I'd just apply my regular moisturizer instead of SPF and wear my cap and gi, I feel so much better, the only bad thing is I have 2 bottles of sunscreen that I use as body (particularly Hands) sunscreen, I always knew how bad SPF's for Acne but convinced myself becaus
  12. Oh gosh.. today I just was searching for stuff in the closet, and found my empty bottle of my very first face wash, Oh those horrible ingredients, heehe I think they made my acne even worse, what was your first wash? Mine's Garnier Fresh Essentials Face Cleansing Wash.

  14. Just wondering do you have that day when all your face and back and limbs decide to have a magical breakout day and basically you can't sleep on any part of your body?
  15. Until of yesterday, my trusty #1 non-drying face wash was Avene's cleanance, I was sure that there's no wash like it, smooth and nice, but yesterday morning my very last drop of it came to an end, so my mom went to her work and wanted to buy me a new one (my mom works in a pharmacy-drugstore) so she didn't find it on the shelves (does this happen to you too ?) So she looked at the ingredients for the very best of them, so she found this little green nice pump bottle, lurking in the shadows of al
  16. Thank you for the reply! I've actually ended up going on accutane which I was kind of wanting as I got on so well with it before. I will probably use Differin after the accutane course though.. why do you say to use the gel form. I've heard a lot of people say the gel is better but just wondering why! I think you won't have to use accutane for too long then as your condition isn't too severe as it might once was , good luck with it!It's preferrable to use gels Because Creams are more heavy on
  17. To get rid of both problems (the oil and dryness) maybe you should try oil washing with 2:1 parts of Castor:Jojoba Oil, then you steam your face and wash everything away. This will wash out the oils and moisturize your skin, you might want make your Derm. Change your treatment and see what'll happen. Hope that helps
  18. I agree with the most that your skin is amazing, I think it should take a little time because of the Adapalene in it that is a Slow medicament.
  19. So IT like to pop my pimples Using Pic Insumed nsulin Syringes because they are very thin and painless, can you reuse them? Because I tend to throw them away because I don't pop my pimples often, but can I keep the same syringe for 3-4 uses? And should I Sterilize it then?
  20. Of course Vitamin A (Tretinoin) is a very relative to Accutane (Isotretinoin) , Tretinoin is the formula for the famous topical acne treatment Retin-A , which is also pretty strong, good job finding your cure! Vitamin A is a very effective thing indeed!
  21. Nothing Much, Sun is burning my face as usual, I'm in deep depression because my fav. Manga character died (Echo from Pandora Hearts, btw!) Yeah the nice news is tomorrow we're going to Pharm. Congress and there's going to be lot's of dermatology brands (Avene, Sebamed, Sesderma) and there's going to be free samples (WooHoo!! Free stuff) Let The face torturing Begin! Just kidding, going to wait until I finish bottles of stuff I already have...
  22. This is really a tearful!! Guys I want to admit how awesome you are! Because I can't really start a healthy diet for two main reasons 1) I love Milk chocolate and mayonaise!! 2) I'm not on the best budget right now. Meanwhile the first problem is manageable I need help in the second one, do you know some budget and acne friendly foods I can stick to?
