  1. I've been using it once a day since I started and Im doing good, so nothing to worry about.
  2. Alright, I started last night applying 50% moisturizer + 50% AHA + 5 drops of jojoba oil after BP dried up on my skin. Lets see how I react the following days, thank you girls.
  3. Hm I'll try that, if I use AHA + moisturizer daily will it help with the flakes? Like I said, when I use AHA I get a lot of flakes the next days.
  4. Hello, I've been on The Regimen for about 1 year, I use it only at night since the beginning, If I do it twice my skin just dies. I get 1 or 2 pimples per week, sometimes less, sometimes more, but not a problem at all. I've using AHA+ for about 1 year too, like every 3 o 4 days at night, the problem here is that I get more flakes when I use AHA that when I don't, and also I get more red, but supposedly AHA helps with that so... I don't know. Routine: Morning: Cleanser Moisturizer with S
  5. Alright, my heart and your kind words made me confident to eat and explode, merry christmas and happy new year to all. :]
  6. Hello, now that christmas eve is tomorrow there's going to be a lot of food everywhere, so... yeah. I eat very well usually. I only drink water or almond milk (unsweetened), not soda, alcohol, processed juices, etc. I don't eat dairy, wheat. I've been avoiding certains grains like beans and rice, I read that corn can be inflammatory but I eat corn tortillas almost everyday and I do alright so I just eat corn normally. Tomorrow I think I'll eat turkey (that's alright really?) and maybe a l
  7. BP does make your pimples leave red mark. When I didn't use BP before the acne didn't leave any red marks (only if I pick them). But now when using BP even if I dont touch my face, the pimple will leave mark, but yes, it will fade, dont worry.
  8. If you have very sensitive skin just use a little, my skin is sensitive aswell but when I use a lot my skin gets irritated for the next 2 days and also a not good looking texture. But it works to remove hyperpigmentation, if you dont suffer that problem at all you should avoid it or just test it to see how you react.
  9. The St. Ives Apricot one is good, just use it very gently 1 or 2 times per week and it should work because it's going to remove dead skin and it wont irritate at all if used as said.
  10. I feel like you in some way. My acne is a lot better than it used to be, im like 90-95% clear but I'm always with that fear of the strong acne coming back, so stressful. But I just try to relax, I mean, if you are thinking about the acne all day that wont cure it or heal it, you're going to get stressed and make it worse. So I just go like "eff it" and live my life.
  11. It's alright just don't leave the same application on your skin all day, you need to wash atleast.
  12. Yep, but it might dry your skin and make it look worse than it is. So for little bumps you might want to use an acne cleanser or something like that, that works for mild acne.
  13. Well, I use it only at night for the same reason, during the day you can't do a lot of things with BP on, and well... my face is clear like 95%. So yeah If you don't have severe/cystic acne it might work for you too. Just remember to clean your face during the day and keep it hydrated.
  14. Your skin is purging, is taking all the pimples you had under your skin to the surface, that's why you got a lot of acne, but is not because is not working. Just keep going, in 1-2 months you will be a lot better.
  15. I used a very light scrub last week and my skin reaction was favorable. The BP seemed to get into the pores easily.
