    Don't tan your face in the summer!! We think it helps because it hides our acne when we are more tan but it only makes it worse. Also let me know how being on accutane is, I wanted to try it but my mom insists it's too dangerous.

    Help!

    So my face the past two weeks has been going pretty well however I'm starting to break out again which is causing me more stress causing more breakouts! I picked at a few on my cheek last night and there isn't huge scar marks but they are visibly red, hurt, huge and bumpy. What can I do?

    My Story

    Hey, I have been suffering acne since I was in grade 7, and I am now currently in my first year of University. So you could say I've had it for a while! My acne is on and off and very inconsistent. Sometimes it's really bad that I don't even want to go out and other times it's as though I have nothing. The ares that breakout the most for me are my jawline and cheeks, my forehead breaks out randomly and sometimes on my chin I get huge ones usually around the time of my cycle. When I do breakout

  6. Avoid dairy products 100%!!!! When I eliminated that from my diet I noticed a huge difference. Also eliminate any soda, the best thing to drink is WATER everyday all day! Once you keep having it you won't even miss the soda anymore. Ice tea is just as bad because it has a lot of sugar which should also be avoided along with wheat products. I tend to but gluten free products or if need be rye bread. Also try having 3 drops of oregano oil every night, it tastes awful but rely does help. I also tak
