  1. Anyone deal with this? Ever find that you have a soft like material that covers the top of the bump and if you pop it it bleeds? It literally is like a soft material that looks red that covers the top of the acne. Not quite jelly like but soft. What is this and why does it occur? Could it be cystic acne?
  2. There is nothing "toxic" about consuming 4,000 plus calories per day, many athlete do it. It all has to do with your total daily energy expenditure.
  3. Long story short, I have been dealing with acne since getting involved in bodybuing. It has only been getting worse. If it means anything I cycled a testosterone booster about 5-6 months ago. I decided to attach a picture of the acne on my chest, it hurts so much. I now have pain on my shoulders from the acne, it hurts to lay in bed. I was consuming over 4,000 calories per day for a while as I was trying to add mass, but recently decided to start dieting down so that I can lower my calorie intak
  4. I have heard it is a common issue among weight lifters / bodybuilders. I think it could have something to do with the increase in testosterone. It becomes an endless battle and make you wonder why you have to have one over the other: nice physique or good skin. Somehow there has to be able to be a balance where you achieve both.
  5. I don't know if I explained it correctly. I was just looking at it again, it is this soft layer of something that has developed in between the acne and my ear.
  6. Hello - This is my first post on the forums and I came here because I am at a loss right now in regards to my acne. This morning I looked behind my ear and found a few red bumps that look like acne pimples, but on one of them looks almost like some dead skin that is stuck to it. I don't know how to explain it, it is just this thing that is on top of my pimple that almost seems stuck to it. Anyone have any thoughts on this? A little background information. I started bodybuilding in March
