  1. I never had a chemical peel done but I was on accutane before. I don't think you should start an accutane course after a chemical peel because accutane does make your skin take longer to heal meaning that your skin might not heal properly which could lead to a scar and it makes the skin more sensitive as well. I think the reaosn that chemical peel may have not worked too well is either because the chemical peel you did was too strong for your skin type or because you have sensitive skin, where I
  2. I was on accutane before and when I was on it I only used a gentle cleanser and a non comodogenic moisturizer with spf. I don't think you should use the Acv when you're on accutane since it will cause your skin to be more sucestible to irritation. It will also take longer for the irritation to get better because it takes longer for your skin to heal when you're on accutane. Although the redmarks might be bothering you now I think it would probably be better if you don't use anything irritating o
  3. Sorry if this was asked in one of the posts but I just had some questions about this method. I was wondering what is the egg white that you use? I noticed when I hard boil eggs, I could see which part of the egg is the egg white but when people use the egg white, do they hard boil the egg and then use the egg white from that? In addition I was wondering if baking soda would be ok to use on a person who has sensitive skin? Would it cause irritation or be harmful?
  4. Sorry but the liquid form, I was wondering if it was certified free of metals and if there is a taste to it?
  5. Well when having pasta, I try to have the whole wheat type although normally I just use the normal type of pasta. Well since you mentioned the liquid form, I was wondering if it was certified free of metals and if there is a taste to it? I thought that the ALA form of Omega 3 did not produce the same results that the EPA and DHA form of Omega 3 produced?
  6. Sorry it is 300mg of DHA and EPH that I think is Omega 3 which I take twice each day. I was just a bit hesitant on taking that number of pills each day, even if people say it is a safe amount. Do people normally have different meals for dinner besides the ones I mentioned that might have less Omega 6 in it?
  7. I was just wondering which product was better for helping redmarks, sudocrem or aloe vera gel? I was also wondering since sudocrem is not available in the U.S., is there an alternative product to use?
  8. I was trying to balance my Omega 3 Omega 6 ratio and for the majority of my meals, I try not to have food which has too much Omega 6 in it. I'm taking Fish Oil 600mg each day but I know my Omega 3 Omega 6 ration is not balanced because of dinner. I would normally have broiled chicken or hamburger but because of either of those and because I use Canola or Oilve Oil when making pasta (in order to prevent it from sticking) the ratio is not balanced. I would prefer not to take too much Fish Oil each
  9. Frizzy hair is dry hair Hair needs a certain amount of water to maintain their composition and stay in shape When hairs lack water they become thin, they fly all over instead of gathering in locks, they don't reflect light well because they lack fluidity and appear dull and color lacking Reversing frizzy hair is indeed fulfilling your hair thirst Your hair are thirsty because they lack porosity and can't absorb. What increases porosity in the hair? Not washing them too often or too sporadical

  11. Are there any prefered brands that people use that mention they do not contain mercury?
  12. I was just wondering which products help prevent hair frizz for people who have curly hair? I'm using a shampoo to help prevent the drandruff I used to have but after a while my hair becomes frizzy. It becomes messy and it doesn't help with my low level of self confidence. Besides using hair gels or hair sprays, are there any other products in helping to prevent hair frizz?
  13. How would a person know if the supplement was properly purified though? I think I saw one that mentioned that it didn't contain any type of metals but the other ones didn't mention it.
  14. Although I normally prefer tuna over certain other foods, I have heard that it is dangerous to have it too often because of the amount of mercury that might be in it. I was just wondering if there was a sort of similar danger in using Fish Oil supplements as in a large amont of mercury or other harmful substances?
  15. Well I also wanted to try to use it and I put it on my entire face. I didn't notice it broke me out but I also didn't notice it helping too much. I only have used it a few times which might be why I havn't seen too many positive resuts. When I put it on my face and allowed it to dry for around fifteen minutes, then washed it off with warm water, I did notice it dried out some of my acne a bit. When you start using it, just in case you're concerned that it might break you out, you could just try
