  1. Good to hear! I am following something very similar to this. Going to run 10 mg a day for two months then try to drop down. Do you consume alcohol now that you are on such a low dose?
  2. Does anyone use Micellar water as a cleanser? The most known one is by Bioderma.
  3. Do any of you guys do the regimen with a non foaming cleanser (cetaphil, aquanil, cerave hydrating) ? Do the same principles apply, like washing for only 10 seconds or so? Thanks.
  4. Basically what the title says. I have extremely sensitive skin (burning, red, stringing, dehydration), and all moisturizers seem to cause a bad reaction. Can you guys please suggest some moisturizers for very sensitive skin? Thank you.
  5. Hello, I need a moisturizer for VERY sensitive skin. I feel like I have tried them all. Please give me some suggestions, if you have any. Thank y'all.
  6. Thanks for the advice. I believe we may be seeking different things from accutane. From what I've read, no matter what the intensity of the course, oily skin will always come back. What I'm trying to do is find a weekly dose (hopefully just 10mg a week) that I can take indefinitely. I don't want to put myself through a whole course of something like 40 - 60 mg only to have my oily skin come back in a year. My acne is very minimal so it is pretty much just the oily skin I'm trying to control.
  7. Good stuff. Thanks for the update. I'm on week 2 or so of doing 20 mg a week. So far nothing too exiting to report. Although thats what I expected. I hope doing the EOD thing works out for you. I once tried to do 10 mg a day for a little but really did not like the side effects. Good luck and keep the updates coming! Hey just seeing how its going for you and giving an update. Since last update, my oily skin has seen major improvement. I can now go all day without getting crazy oily. I still ge

I once tried to do 10 mg a day for a little but really did not like the side effects. Good luck and keep the updates coming! My side effects were dry skin, lots of redness, and sun sensitivity. Pretty much the standard accutane side effects. I didn't have an initial outbreak. I may be wrong, but I think

  10. I may be wrong, but doesn't cheek/chin acne usually means its hormonal? Have you ever tried birth control? I've had friends and have seen people on here have great success with clearing hormonal acne with BC. I'm a guy so I don't know much about it, but maybe its something to look into.
  11. I've only been doing this about a week so no results to report yet. One question for you though. If you like the results of this regimen, do you plan on doing it for forever? I ask because I'm pretty sure this approach won't produce any last results if you stop taking the pills. I'm not doctor but I don't see much harm in taking 10-20mg a week indefinitely. some people do like 80mg a day for 6 months to a year.
