  3. Everything that supplement proposes to do would be detrimental to a person afflicted with acne. not really since it doesn't do anything.
  4. pee in a bush everyday and watch it die.
  5. I dont go to a nutritionist, but everytime i go on a hypocaloric diet, my acne seems to go away.
  6. Hey thanks for clearing that up for us. I know Pheremone suspects that he's lactose intolerant and that's possibly why milk may bother him. I was going to suggest he try taking lactose free milk or use lactaid and see if that helped him out. Yet it didn't work for you, so that means there's definately more in milk (whey, casien, extra IGF-1, etc) that is causing cystic acne for certain members, incl the two of us. Thanks for the update! 9. NO WAY. As I've said a million times on this site, carrot juice cured my forehead acne. There's no way carrots are bad for acne. http://www.askshelley.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=800 sorry i dont buy it, i dont like your source. 13. Pheremone, I don't understand what you mean by anything in that sentence. Please just tell me in plain English if you think that Arimidex loses some or all of its ability to reduce estrogen in the long-term because of the alleged aromatase upregulation. That's a YES or a NO. If the answer is YES, then please cite some evidence for the alleged aromatase upregulation. Bryan YES, while it's administered. this is all dosage dependent. While its administered, as long as dosage is above how
