  1. I have been on the regimen for 6 weeks now, so I have started ti incorporate Dan's AHA into my regimen to help with scarring. I wanted to know if it is okay to use the AHA both in the morning and at night. I know that it increases sensitivity to sunlight, but this shouldn't be a problem now that it is winter. At night, I have been using 1/2 Cerave moisturizer combined with 1/2 Dan's AHA, and was wondering if it is okay to do so in the morning as well to help speed up the fading process, or is th
  2. For me, I naturally have oily skin. Taking mega doses of B5 helps reduce oil production, and thus makes my skin much less oily, which certainly helps. Mega dosing on B5, in my opinion, is worth a shot if nothing else seems to work, but I do not think it is good to take long term. Once your skin starts to clear, I would suggest drastically lowering the dosage and taking only a few pills a day as a "maintenance dose". However, everyone is different. I know that you are supposed to be on the regimen for 4-6 weeks before using the glycolic acid but before the regimen I had been using Epiduo for about 6 months, so my skin is used to the benzoyl peroxide. I have only used the AHA for two nights, and both times I did what Dan said and mixed a little bit with my moisturizer before bed. So for my nightly routine I: cleans
  5. Only thing that has worked for me.

Works very quickly Minimizes oil production Fewer blemishes Taking so many pills daily (however the pros outweigh the cons significantly) Urinated frequently while taking B5 (probably because of all of the water I drank swallowing all of the pills!) I used vitamin B5, also called Pantothenic Acid, daily a couple of months ago. However, I ran out and did not buy anymore because my skin was in great condition and I figured that I no longer needed it. Recently, I broke out very badly and tried mult
