it keeps me clear, but i'm also on antibiotics. i break out if i stop running for a few days....i didnt notice any difference untill i started running 2 miles 3 times per week.

i have like 10, from when i was younger and didnt brush very well... and mild to moderate acne.

tea tree oil is just as effective as 5% bp and less irritating....it's usually in the vitamin section. you might want to search about it though becasue i'm just going off memory...

how do i tell if food is causing my acne, while on minocycline(antibiotic)? are food tests a good way to go? like food allergy, food intolerance... are they accurate?

Do not use hydroquinone topical with benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, or other peroxide products. A temporary dark staining of the skin may occur. The red marks are going to go away on their own, though this will take several months. Additional treatment to speed the process is unavailable, but is in any case not necessary.

Richard, for how long will skin be more sensitive to sunlight after a peel, tca or lactic? Also, the area below my eyes is still a little red from a glycolic acid peel i did a month ago -- it kind of looks like i have a mild sunburn. Would it help or hurt the appearance of my skin to do a lactic peel?

For people who have used both, which works better for redmarks? Pure Deming Intense Gel or Copper Peptides Serum?
