  1. You are correct, which is exactly what this board is for; you won't know what will work for you until you've tried something that has been a success to someone else.
  2. My face has been out of control lately, I knew it was internal because of all the stress I was going through with graduation and a job and all, so I thought I would "attack" it at the source so I went back on Nature's Cure 2 Part Acne System for Females. Instead of taking the pills twice I day, I read it was more effective taking two pills at the end of the day. Putting a moisturizing salicylic acid before the BP (that comes with the system) helps the BP penetrate better (just wait a few minut
  3. I wonder if it works for girls to? I went 2 weeks without it because I was stressed out about school and I hardly broke out at all but I thought it was a fluke?? You think the stress would make me break out more.
  4. So lately, my sleeping schedule/living schedule etc. has been altered a bit. I've usually been good at following the regimen I have here below, but I still kept getting break outs no matter what. So I haven't been washing my face twice a day like I used to and I haven't put on that glycolic acid or BP on my face at all because I've been staying over at a friends and we all stay up late playing Rock Band or watching movies or just hanging out or whatever. So usually at night or in the morning I
  5. hey jerk, no spamming.

  6. I don't know the concentration of AHA in the NHSL, but it couldn't possibly be more than the Alpha Hydrox that I use since it's 12%, but since I've used NHSL before, I find that it's SO much more irritating than the Alpha Hydrox, I have no idea why. Maybe there's alcohol in it, I have no idea. But it does burn a little when I put the BP on but it soon goes away, then I wait for 10 mins or so and put on Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin. My face gets all flaky and a little bumpy
  7. The Alpha Hyrox Souffle is not a moisturizer, you need a moisturizer after you apply the AHA and the BP. So if you end up getting the AH Souffle make sure to put on a moisturizer because it's super drying.
  8. I've read that AHA before BP helps "prep" the skin and makes the BP penetrate better into the skin. That's what I've been doing, using AHA first (Alpha Hydrox 12% Souffle) before my BP and my skin looks pretty good so far.
  9. I've been getting zits around my mouth like a lot. It may be a hormonal thing, I'm not sure but I think it has to do more with my toothpaste because I normally don't get that kind of acne when it's almost that time of month. Anyway, it's this new toothpaste I got that was freakin' expensive (well for me). It's called Pro-namel by Sensodyne because my teeth are painfully sensitive and it's been a godsend! I can eat certain foods now without it killing my nerves. But anyway I've heard that some
  10. Yep, I do the Aleve thing, too (see my regime down there). Just a warning, do not overdo it, it's rough on your stomach lining. Make sure to eat something first. i do the aleve thing too. the generic for aleve is naproxen sodium. is there any sort of pain reliever available over the counter that has this in it? i would assume not if aleve isn't, but it might be worth checking out. I use a Safeway knock-off of Aleve (it's like 4 bucks cheaper). Just go to the pain killer aisle in t
  11. That was freakin' hilarious, they're funny. Soulja boy is annoying, but he is FINE. I hope he's of legal age because that would be real wrong.

  13. Olay Sensitive Moisture Therapy Lotion! I have really sensitive, oily skin that breaks out really easily if I use anything that's the least bit comedogenic. My skin is also prone to milia seeds, but I need to use moisturizer because my face can also get super dry because I use Alpha Hydrox 12% souffle, along with BP and SA (not at the same time of course). I also combine it with my foundation. Anyway, I swear by this stuff. There are a lot of ingredients in it, but for some reason it has not bro
