Hi everyone .. I just found out about this " white tattoo " , It seems that white tattooing will raise the skin surface, making the depressed scar raise up . hey lowfreq I do believe raw food diet helped you a lot regards to fixing your scars .. thats because when i was a high school student , i had a tutor who had many rolling scars ... whom changed his diet similar to you did .. not so much like a vegan diet but he ate brown rice 2-3 times a day with lots of veges, tofu with miso soup etc etc .. more like asian vegan diet now he doesnt have any scars !! i asked him how he removed his scars .. he told me definatly the "brown rice" helped to remove

hi i just have a question to people who is having good result with using copper peptide .. do you think the result from cp are permenent ? or does the result fade away after stop using it .. thanks for reading my post

yes self needling rise your scars ..

subcision then do self needling (about 5 times 1month apart) after that do laser (ultrapulse laser) only the area around scars . not the whole face! I hope you get a good result .. best wishes:)

me think you cant restore back 100% but me think u can improve up to80%.. i know this fact fosho cuz i m so smart ...

you should do it in more aggressive way... thats how gumby did with his scars .. i reckon with size of O <-- this big scars for example.. you should at least poke it 20- 25times. wider and bigger the scar, more needling is required imo. also you should find out how long your needle is .. coz i heard needle needs go 1.5mm to 2.0mm deep in to your skin to generate collegen and go into the dermis .. so if you have a ruler please measure it and tell us cheers

lets not forget .. brad pitt only has very minor scars .. 2-3 scars at most .. unlike a lot of ppl here who has around 10~30 scars... ..

i think with 3 of my scars .. i m going to keep on needling regulary (2-3 times a week) and the rest of my scars once every 5weeks .. i ll let you guys know how it goes .. good luck ..

thats nothing !!!! seriously !! you only have 2-3 scars that are noticeble .. you are dumb if u are going to end you life just bcoz of that 2-3 scars .. try subcision and then do self needling .. all the informations are on the forum ... i hope you find the answers and find your way out ... good luck ..
