  1. Well you have the internet so look it up on google.
  2. " A persons worth isn't measured by what they have, but rather by what they give" " What goes around comes around.." "Live life to the fullest, you only live once" Christina
  3. I know this sounds awfully cliche, but, I really don't care about what a person looks like. A persons physical faetures is usually out of their hands, and all depends on their genes. I would much rather surround myself around good, honest, funny people anyday than shallow rich, goodlooking people who are only concerned about themselves. Now thats just assuming that people are categorized into black and white characters... People usually aren't just 1)all not that great looking, and extremely ni
  4. So is cow's milk. Is ANY food really "for" humans (other than mother's milk)? Is an apple growing on a tree "for" humans? Is a carrot growing in the ground "for" humans? How about a sardine swimming in the ocean? How about wheat growing in the fields? Just what exactly would you have us eat, if these things aren't "for" us? Bryan Well I would definitely think that apples from trees are more for humans rather than something lactating from a cows nipple.
  5. Call me weird and gross, but my own urine doesnt disgust me.. I know what goes into my body, if i did have svere enough acne, i would probably try it..... But for now, BP, Moisterizer and face wash work great for me
  6. http://www.fitwise.com/Milk_Truth.asp http://www.preventcancer.com/consumers/general/milk.htm Those are a couple of links regarding the unbeneficial health risks that milk provides. Personally, I think that humans do NOT to drink milk from a cow. It quite ridiculous actually. There are so many other ways of providing your body with calcium and Vitamin D. It just seems as though everyone thinks that we have to drink milk, simply because that's the way we brought up in North America. It really i
  7. Well just for health reasons you only need to go 3 times a week. If you want to start changing your body composition then i would recommend 4-5 times a week. How long does it take you to run a mile? Becuase you should be aiming for about 30 minutes of moderate to intense cardio. I know I can run 3 miles in about 25 minutes... Also, work your shoulder, back, arms, legs...all on different days. You should target one body part each workout. Then do abs for maybe 5 minutes after each workout. Go
  8. You know its funny you ask this. I never really put much thought into coffee and acne relations. But now i relize that coffee did have an effect on my acne. For that past 5 months my acne had gotten out of control. Huge breakouts. During the past 5 monthhs, i had been drinking about 3-4 large cups of coffee a day. With an artificial sweetner ( so sugar was not the cause). Recently (about 2 weeks) i have switched from coffee consumption to green tea, and wow, its made a huge difference in breakou
  9. I've tried it. The package comes with 8 little vials. I've used 6 of them. It didn't do anything at all for my redmarks, but does help ALOT with little whiteheads.. Christina
  10. I completely agree with allergic reactions being a cuase of acne. When my mom was younger, she was allergic to aspartame and she wasn't aware of it. So she starting getting cyst like acne all over her face. She finally found out, stopped drinking diet drinks, acne went away(after a long time) and now is left with scars Christina
  11. Ohh yeah i know that it can be pricey. A spa here in Kelowna does it for $110 a session, so i think Im going to do about 5-6 sessions. But hey, its cheaper than IPL
  12. I've been seriously thinking about microdermabrasion treatments. My face has active acne, as well as redmarks (LOTS) left from previous acne that I had picked and popped (STUPID ME)! I've read on NUMEROUS websites that microdermabrasion is very effective in removing acne scars, dull skin, acne and evening out skin tone. Maybe these website just do this to promote microdermabrasion so people go to their clinics. But I'm desperate. Does anyone have any positive experience with microdermabrasion.
  13. I honestly think the soap you are using is probably not very good. I really like the aveeno face wash. It is very gentle, and great for sensitive skin. Biore cleansing cloths are very gentle as well. For a non oily moisturizer I use Garnier Skin Naturals, the lotion is called Pure, and it is hydrating but leaves the face very matte. You can basically get it in any drug store
