  1. Quick question, are you using one bag of tea to one cup of water? When I make tea I usually make a pot of tea with 6 cups of water and one tea bag steeped for about 3 minutes.
  2. Stopped using Pears soap, it was just too! scented for me. Just washing with water right now.
  3. ^ Yes I'm even skeptical in the long run CoolGuy68 that Pears soap will continue working for me. I think we all have different skin, with one product working for one member and irratating another member's skin. I have skin that forms thick oil, but is also easily irratated. After a couple of days of using low ph liquid cleansers or bars, I start to get a thick layer of oily dried skin all over my cheeks and forehead. I find that Pears soap cuts through that grease and dead skin, but doesn't irra
  4. ^I was also worried about the new formula FCLark, but I've found that the new Pears is actually gentler on my skin than the old formula. Yes it does seem to have an initial stronger scent when you open the cellophane packaging, but I found it fades in a day to about the same smell as the old Pears.
  5. I found that gentle bar soaps such as Dove or Cetaphil just don't remove any grease from my face, and I end up with a build-up of oily dead skin. Try the Purpose bar, it's not available up hear in Canada so I use Pears transparent bar.
  6. I've had bad experience with Dove soap, I have very oily skin and I found that Dove didn't remove any oil from my face and all I got was a build-up of oily dead skin all over my face. I've had great success with Pears soap bar recently, it's not unscented like the Dove bar, but it really degreases my face without leaving it dry.
  7. Having great success with the reformulated Pears glycerine soap. It's not as drying as the old formula of Pears soap. Great for my oily skin.
  8. Last summer I had great experience with Kinesys Sunscreen Spray, it's fragrance-free ,oil-free and alcohol-free. I can't take anything moisturizing on my face nowadays. For the face I just spritz a bit into my left palm and then just apply with my fingertips. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp...UY-PLST-0-BRAND
  9. Cetaphil moisturizer made my skin inflamed and sweaty looking, I'm trying not to use any moisturizer nowadays but if I need one I use Complex 15 lotion. It's the only moisturizer that doesn't inflame my skin.
  10. Well last summer I had great experience with Kinesys Sunscreen Spray, it's fragrance-free and oil-free and alcohol-free. I can't take anything moisturizing on my face nowadays. For the face I just spritz a bit into my left palm and then just apply with my right fingertips. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp...UY-PLST-0-BRAND
  11. ^ I hope that soap works for you CoolGuy68, I know you've tried nearly every cleanser out there.
  12. What helps my seb derm and scalp pimples is using Johnson's baby shampoo (yellow bottle), I find it very gentle. I think putting anything oily on your scalp would probably make it worse.
  13. I remember my skin started getting oily right after a vacation with my parents in Maui ( I was 12 years old), got too much sun and forehead and nose peeled heavily. Went back to school and had peeling skin and got large zit on nose tip. About month later went greasy big time and skin still oily now at 29 years old
  14. Awwww, that pup is SOOOO cute !!!
