  1. I have a few old images posted that I accidentally moved into the "scars" gallery. I would like them deleted in their entirety from the site, but the "options" button does not work at all. It also does not work in my own gallery, and I can't find a way to move them back into my album. I've updated my browser and tried both firefox and google chrome. Please let me know how to delete and/or move these, and also fix the options button or make it easier to delete our own images. Thank you! P.S. I
  2. Warning: Rant. But please, offer me something, because I'm at my wits end... (And then post your rant of the day!) Three years ago, when I joined this site, I plastered my album photos and page with the following information: I can and will NOT take accutane. Yet here I am, three years later, and people (some of whom are the EXACT SAME PEOPLE from years ago) are still leaving comments in my albums saying that my face hasn't improved, etc etc. (Many of these people are the same ones who calle
  3. - May I also add, make sure if you're using a product you already have that it is not expired and isn't more than 6 months old.
  4. I have a few of the blue tubes, should probably throw mine out... If you know for sure it's around a year old, I would toss it. It's better to have fresh stuff then stuff you're not sure about. I'm pretty sure BP goes bad after about 6 months, and you don't want to be counter-productive by using expired goods. As far as the redness, BP doesn't help with that, but you should use a good moisturizer that is non-comedogenic and contains no oil, and although I'm not sure what type of acne you hav
  5. Hey girl, long time no talk, you're looking beautiful. I just now got back into the site after forgetting my password for like 6 months... haha. How have you/your skin been?

  6. For the past.... 6 months or so, I haven't been able to post replies or comments on any photos or comments on photos in my gallery. It either brings me back to the main acne.org page or sometimes it gives me an error saying that the album is read-only... this makes no sense! I never had this problem before. Is this a bug or what?
  7. If you're using BP, I don't know why you wouldn't use Dan's CSR gel to begin with. It is like 75% cheaper than any other BP products, seems to work waaaay better (I've tried just about every Benzoil Peroxide product out there) and isn't near as drying. Make sure if you're not using Dan's gel, that you're using a BP that is only 2-3%, not 10%. This causes excessive drying and doesn't help clear acne any more than a 2% does. Good luck!
  8. Stick with the regimen. Don't touch your face AT ALL. I know it's tough but the times I've kept my hands away are the times it's cleared up quicker. I know exactly what you're going through. I've been on the pill for like 2 years now, it helps on and off but I think my skin is becoming immune to what it used to do. I've had acne for alot longer then 2 years though. Just hang in there, visit my gallery if you need something to keep you going, I have pics from when I started up until now (although
  9. Judging from my personal experiences (and everyones skin is different), I would be careful what cleanser/expholiation process you use if your skin is already REALLY dry. I'm going through some really strange tough dryness around my mouth, lips, chin, and on my neck right now, this is about the 3rd time it's been this severe, so I know how annoying it can be. I use Purpose cleanser.. It's avaliable at walmart; comes in a pump, it's a light yellowish color. It's dermatologist recommended, soap-fr
  10. Acne battle is going alright :)

I use Purpose face wash, Cetaphil moisturizer and Dan's BP. I'm 21 and under stress :P

I tried tetracycline when I was in like, 9th grade, it didn't do anything for me.

  11. I've been using Cetaphil for over a year. It's awesome. By the way, good luck on the regimen. The dryness sometimes gets really bad, but if it works for you anywhere close to the way it worked for me, it'll be well worth it. Just remember to hang in there when you feel like it's getting worse. It has to get worse before it gets better.
  12. I went through this when I was in high school. I'm a senior in college now and you'll be glad to know that even if your acne doesn't go away, eventually most people who are ignorant and ill-mannered on the subject of the way people look will. I know you've probably been told this time and again, but high school is pretty petty and you should really try to ignore it.

  14. I've been on the regimen for over 2 years now. I'll be 21 July 1st. My acne started when I was like a freshman in high school. Started getting really bad around my junior/senior year of HS. I was on the regimen "religiously" for about a year. For about the past year or so, I use BP every once in awhile, mostly just wash twice a day with 2 different cleansers and moisturize like once every 3 days. Basically what I'm trying to say, is I used the regimen, unchanged, for about a year, with some re
