  3. Ok...I think it is commonly agreed that Green Tea CAN help with acne problems. I am drinking about 5 cups a day, however, like the majority of Green Tea (bags) it contains caffeine. I am led to believe that caffeine is bad for acne. Should I switch to a decaffeinated green tea? (chemical processes...bad?) What is a recommended brand (not bothered about taste)...Oh I live in the UK. Thanks.

    Nuts?

I have read conflicting views regarding nuts, and would be interested if any actually KNOWS the general effects of nuts on the skin and in particular on spots? I know they are generally considered good as part of a healthy diet and I really like them. I'm either thinking of starting to eat them (mixed nuts: brazil, walnuts, almonds, hazelnut, peanut (legume..whatever) etc.) regularly or cut them out completely. Regards.

    Vitamin E cream/lotion?

Ok, I've my acne is clearing up and and the main problem is red marks. I'm taking vitamin e capsules, but am considering a vitamin E cream to be applied to the areas. Is this a good idea? http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/bod...tency-cream.asp I've found this one (with 16,000 IU of Vit E)..which is 3%...thats relatively high, yes? I've seen others with about 3,000 IU. Is this one with 16,000 IU too much or what? Or alternatively is there anything with Vit E, Vit C, Zinc, Green tea extrac

Where to buy in the UK...

Hi, This i've been reading the boards for a while, and have only just registered. I had moderate acne on my neck/jawline, and after 3 weeks on differin and tetracycline (along with a much improved diet, and supplements including zinc) it is definitely improving. Still quite a way to go, i believe. Anyway, I've got dry, red skin around the areas i've been applying the gel, and also discolouration from the spots (not scarring, i don't think). I have read reviews etc and have decided to buy so
