  1. So, I haven't visited this website in a couple of months as I got depressed as I came here EVERY day reading every little bit of information. So, how is everyone doing with their liver flushes that just started it this year? I'm still on the fence on this one. I rarely get acne but my skin looks dreadful from years of acne (& I was on Accutane a few years ago) so who know what condition my liver is in! After a zillion peels & other products, my skin looks better but still noticeabl
  2. Maybe I've missed this on those "flushing" websites, but how long do you have go without meat & dairy before a flush? I lift weights so I eat a lot of food which includes chicken, turkey & tuna & some pasta. Do you absolutely have to go 4 weeks before your flush without these foods or can you cut down on those foods & still do it?
  3. Any newbies seen any effects of the flush on their skin? I'm still nervous to try it.
  4. I'm actually doing it in a month for the 1st time too & read hours worth of material so far, & all that looks good--similar to what I am planning on doing. Though, has anyone done a true parasite cleanse as it is recommended before doing this? I couldn't stomach a couple of those pictures from the website, REALLY SICK.
  5. How did your flush go Maya?
  6. I'm not sure about Retin A Micro, but remember that you were not supposed to used Retin A on your nose.
  7. For that price, I hope it doesn't leave a "white mask" like some other high SPF sunscreens do
  8. i live in Arizona, one of the worst places to be! Anyways, I am using Eucerin SPF 15 since the 30 made my brown skin white-looking whenever I had it on. But I really do want a noncomedegenic SPF 30 that doesn't make your face "pasty" looking. Anyone else have a good brand? Coppertone?
  9. I have a derm appt. in a 2 weeks and have had what feels & looks like a whitehead under my skin. Exfoliation & Retin-A hasn't helped & its been like that for the past 2 months! So, if anyone's had this problem, what did your derm do? I researched some & figured he would use a needle & extractor to get it out? Does leave a big mark or can I go to work (& hide) after my appt.? Also, did it leave any scarring?
  10. The key word there was QUICKER. Just trying to keep anyone else who reads these forums to follow my advice or Maya's & the other posters here. It's based on experience (& professional advice and peels).
  11. VERY immature, yes. If you want 2nd degree burns that permanently disfigure your face, be my guest, you'll only have to live with it the rest of your life. :-k Seriously, this is a BAD idea. Peeling quicker is not the way to go, in the end, it will make it WORSE.
  12. The nose is tough for me. I have a brown spot from a big cyst that has faded be still very noticeable after 5 years! Peels have faded it a bit.
  13. I read a few posts on this board that stated rosehip oil didn't do anything for them. Anyone else have any good experience with it or know where I can buy a cheaper or smaller version of it so I don't throw away $35? Again, I have a couple of very small whitish spots that are a little harder than the rest of my skin so it feels like there's a whitehead that never came to surface. I have a derm appt. on April 27 but that is so far from now! I do light peels so my skin doesn't get burned hor
  14. I read that too on an Internet site but they were selling the product so I wasn't convinced. Where do you buy it?
  15. I have 2 VERY small white spots on my face that feel a little tougher than the skin around it, almost like whiteheads that never surfaced. I guess it's scar tissue. They are really noticeable if my skin gets red (working out, washing with warm water, etc). I have asian skin. I can't seem to find any info on how to reduce it or get rid of it completely. Anyone have any luck or have this problem.
