    One month through, and the word of the month is "dandruff." Just got bumped up to 80mg/day this week after it was determined that, no, my liver wasn't dying nor were my kidneys begging for mercy. The usual cholesterol/triglycerides spike, and it'll probably continue to go up, but my derm didn't see anything to worry about.     Just started last week myself (just after Thanksgiving, figured I'd at least enjoy THAT day) -- I had some pressure around my eyes and general malaise for the first two days, but nothing in the last five. I kept wondering whether my eyes were going to pop out of their sockets if that kept up for the next six months. Best of luck, we've got a long road ahead.
