  1. Hey, I have now been on the regime for 5 weeks. I used specto gel bp for the first week or so then switched to the more expensive neutrogena bp 2.5, Cetaphil facial soap bar, and oil olay sensitive skin moisturizor. I'm not going to lie and say im completely clear since I still have 2 or 3 blemishes on my face and new ones still form. However, I have improved drastically while on the regime. My forhead was my worst area, but even that was mainly white heads and the rest of my face was mild acne

  3. Hey, I started with the neutrogena ots aswell, but switched to the spectro gel within a week. As a guy with thick facial hair I found the neutrogena ots very hard to rub into my face as it left my scruff white. I only shave 2-3 times a week since i have sensitive skin so this was a problem when i was going out. It also dried out my skin. Ive been using bp for years but not following this regime and i've never had skin that flakey and pasty before. So I switched to the spectro gel 2.5bp. It
  4. Hey, I just strated the regime a week ago. I bought olay sensitive moisture therapy lotion since i read far to many complaints about spf products being greecy. Does any one use this product and if so does it work? Other recomendations would be appreciated.
