  1. I don't use any moisturizer consistently. I am usually fine just using a toner under any topical medication. When I do get dry, I use Complex 15. I haven't used it consistently enough to really know if its bad for my skin, but I don't think it has any bad chemicals.

  2. I've only been using it for around a week consistently. Do you think the retin-a is causing pore changes? Are black heads part of the process? I know that small cysts and white heads are part of the initial break out, but the black heads sort of caught me off guard and make me believe that my pores are being clogged by some product.
  3. I don't see that chemical listed in her BHA. And the word "lauryl" is worse than laureth. Actually, aqua glycolic contains ammonium laureth which is similar to sodium laureth i believe, but neither are as bad as lauryl. Yeah thats what I met. I often confuse the two so its Sodium Lauryl sulfate that is horrible. I will have to remember how to spell that. I will just remember the name Laura so that I remember the first three letters are the same

  5. thanks Wynne. Yeah.. I haven't been exfoliating much lately. I think I'm ready to now that I'm sure I'm not experiencing much irritation after using retin-a , BP , and AHA for several weeks now. I haven't been getting very flaky because I brush away dead skin using the toner. The AHA is reducing flakes , but maybe I could use some ex foliation for the pores. And BHA again? Internal exfoliation. No.. that sounds excessive especially since i'm using retin-a and AHA. Damn black heads thou
  6. I've never really had problems with black heads before, but I've been getting them on my cheeks recently. I've been using paula choice's BP and sometimes Dan's BP (at night). In the morning I use retin-a micro. I recently started using aqua-glycolic cleanser and toner and they seem to be improving my complexion. I still get some white heads, and an occasional inflamed bump. I'm a little concerned that these black heads mean something bad is going to happen to my complexion. I even have my
  7. Hey man, what moisturizer do you use? Im using NHSFL and im thinking its no good...

  8. Yucky! don't get rid of it all
  9. My skin is similar to dscarpinato's. I'm just always paranoid that I'm going to get cysts and lots of white heads around my mouth and chin because it still happens and i'm almost 27 yrs old. I'm also using the aqua glycolic cleanser and retin-a micro, so hopefully I'll keep making progress like you. Here are some pics. Its looking quite clear right now but i still got some scabs that don't show up in the photos. http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd153/d...e631/183018.jpg http://i224.phot
  10. Duane, how much do you spend on supplements? I'd like to take most if not all of what you're taking, but it seems expensive.
