  1. Wow, its been a while since I've been to this forum. Missed all of you tho. I have SUCCEEDED! Well, for starters, I have tried many tropical creams, antibiotics, even the egg white mask + apple cider vinegar. None of which has worked for me. I started back in around September 05' with all these different substance and it made no results what so ever. So I decided to STICK only to Dan's Regimen and using only his Clear Skin Regimen Gel. AND for using it for about 11 months it has really paid o
  2. Illy, Before I purchase it should I purchase the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion SPF 15 or the Sensitive skin one? Or it doesn't make a difference.
  3. Great I'll get these items tommorrow. It also helps out red marks! thats a (+) got lots of those to take away.
  4. Thanks Illy! I'm gonna go puchase the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion (not SPF 15?) and Cetaphil Moisturizer. And just wondering you think maybe the Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser is causing the flaking perhaps? I like the cleanser btw. Very gentle and easy to use. Just very expensive. Like $6 or $7 I recommend you get the one with SPF 15, as it's more potent than the one for sensitive skin and, of course, the SPF is a must when using benzoyl peroxide. As to your question--I don't thi
  5. btw..just wondering what multivitamin's do you take? any specific brand? I don't want to waste money on seperate vitamin jugs

  9. Hi all, Everyday after I shower, about 5 minutes my face gets dry really fast and little white skin flakes can be seen. I use the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF 15 but after about 2 min, a bit more skin flakes can be seen. Should I switch Moisturizer? Like to Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion SPF 15? Or something else? Thanks!

    BP Question

oh yah I know Brandy, but with the unfamiliar chemicals in the 2.5% BP I don't know if it'll help or not. Since I've been using Dan's Gel (not to mention I'm used to it). So switching to the Aqueous Base BP wouldn't change anything right? Just want to make sure is all.
  11. this sounds odd. but I just squeezed two lemons into a big cup and added a 16.9 oz water. Man this is hard to drink lol. I prolly wont finish it all.
  12. Thanks everyone for your input. Marlena_loves_you I'm gonna go with your input, by taking vitamins every throughout the day. I might try B5, seen the thread and it has positive comments. BTW..the Vitamin B that contains B6 its (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg = 250% hope its ok
  13. Vitamin D is for good bones I think. Vitamine E helps repairs tissue I believe.
  14. Hey guys, I'm almost running out of Dan's BP gel. I was wondering if I could substitute one of the BP products I have. Instead of spending money. My doctor prescribed me with Glades 2 1/2% and 5% BP I haven't used the 2 1/2% yet but for the 5% it dries out like crazy. 2 1/2% BP - Aqueous Base 5% BP - Hydroalcoholic base (maybe thats why it dries up? because of the alcohol) I also looked at the ingredients that it contained. Aqueous Base- 2 1/2% benzoyl peroxide, purfied water, carbom
  15. I was wondering if taking vitamins would help the process of acne and acne scars. Currently I'm taking: Vitamin E 400 I.U. Vitamin B With C (includes Vitamin E (30IU), Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid) Vitamin A 8000 I.U. Vitamin D 400 I.U. Should I keep taking this or should I leave some out? What are your opinions.
