  1. I thoguht you weren't supposed to exfoliate on the regimen =\
  2. So I'm on the Regimen and I still wear make-up. I've made sure what I'm using is oil free and won't clog my pores. I use concealer that is blemish healing and then I use Bare Minerals Foundation. I want to switch to my liquid Mark Kay foundation but even after I apply moisturizer it still makes my skin flaky and it's totally obvious that I'm wearing makeup. I guess my question is how to make it less obvious that you're wearing makeup and still coverup spots?
  3. I've been doing it for about 5 days and I'm already almost clear. It's awesome. I didn't have that much to begin with, but still you know you're self conscious about it.
  4. Well I wake up at 6:25 and I'm downstairs by 6:55, so yeah I guess that's still half an hour Sorry.
  5. Yeah I just started Proactiv again and my skin is so fucked up right now. It's so depressing.
  6. Haha, sweet so basically we have to starve ourselves to look good. Ugh.
  7. The only place I ever really get zits is on my upper lip or chin area. I was wondering if anyone has found any change in their diet that helps this out. Another thing is that I use is one of those things from TV that trim the annoying hair above your lip. I was wondering if this could be making ingrown hairs which would probably cause these annoying zits on my upper lip. I don't think I would ever wax, so this seems like a problem for me.
  8. Hm, well if you were breast fed it was the first milk you ever had. It is really good for the immune system, and it has one of a kind vitamins and proteins that you can't get anywhere else.
