  1. I've noticed that when I put a lot of BP on the sides of my face, and I feel a slight stinging sensation afterwards, it often results into what I preceive as puffy cheeks. This is only slight but it doesn't make me look my best at all. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there ways to prevent it? Thanks.
  2. I use the citaphil BAR, and it works wonders. umm, previously i was using a pump cleanser and i wasn't clearing as well, and near immediately after i switched to the BAR i noticed significant improvements. of course, the possibility exists that such improvements were mere coincidences; i can't proclaim for sure, but i do currently use the bar. also, i find a bar is easier, and feel more 'clean' than the pump. so do what you will, but i recommend the purpose bar, especially if you are a dude.
  3. I use the plain one; it seems to work just fine.
  4. Yeah right man. This one time I was walking home from school and I avoided all the cracks on the sidewalk, then my face like CLEARED UP! I'm pretty sure if you eat blueberries, and avoid sidewalk cracks you'll be clear in no time. It's proven..
  5. I've done this... except the SA would cause breakouts, while in conjunction with the BP. No burn, but it made my acne worse.

  7. what?! I spend 9.99+tax on on the spot. i hate you all.
  8. He isn't selling anything. He isn't out to make a profit. He isn't a cult leader (well debatable... 'cause I'd join if he was ). He wants to help people get clear skin. Whether it is through his regimen (which is excellent), or by some other regimen, it probably doesn't matter.
  9. Can? It would be great if someone could give me a definite answer because I'll just use it again tonight unless someone says otherwise! thanks.
  10. You can still get a tan with sun block. I was just pointing out that I broke out because of an unprotected face in the sun. As a last piece of advice, I wouldn't stay out too long in the sun; I have personally had bad experiences with it.
  11. Make sure to put sun tan lotion. 8-[ I had a clear face last week (except for redmarks), and then I went camping and totally broke out. I now have 5 pimples and it really stinks. You aren't supposed to be in the sun for long periods of time with BP... I really don't know how long you will last without suffering damage. Personally, I'd try and avoid it, but if you don't, PLEASE make sure you have sun lotion.
  12. I apply to the entire face - I use about 2 fingers worth. I don't literally spread it out on my finger I merely rub it all over until it looks like I have covered everything to the necessary extent. If this helps, every week I use a tube of the BP.
  13. Thanks for the reply. So, I can continue to use this moisturizerer lotion in spite of the fact that it has oil? I wasn't sure because Dan didn't mention it as recommended, but he mentioned the alpha hydro verion instead. I hope I don't break out because of this!! [-o<
  14. Can I use this as a moisturizer? Ingredients are as follows: Water, Mineral Oil, Isopropyl Myristrate, PEG-40 Sorbitan, Peroleate, Glyceryl Lanolate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Cetyl Palmitate, Magnesium Sulfate, Aluminim Stearate, Lanolin Alcohol, BHT, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methyliosthiazolinone. On the information section is says it is a WATER IN OIL formulation, which provides a safe and effective for dry sking moisterization. I am wondering if the mineral oil will cause brea
