  1. Yeah, acne has taken it's toll on me emotionally and psychologically. I've had it for about 10 years now, and it's just as bad as it's ever been, with no end in sight. It feels like I've missed out on so much in life, and it feels like there is so much more that I'm going to miss out on. So many things I've avoided, and still avoid now. Seems like all I've ever known is to live with this. Hard to focus on goals and the important things in life when depression is holding you down. Acne is really
  2. Oh I hear what you're saying. I got a couple of raised scars; one on my chest and one on my neck. Depressing. The only thing that I have heard about really is silicone gel sheets. I've been mega dosing on B5 and that has gotten my acne under control and has stopped new ones from showing up. But instead of feeling good about that, I feel down because of the raised scars/red marks. I started a thread on this and nobody responded to it. http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php...52b01cdf5500be
  3. I've got a couple of raised scars, and I'm looking for something to treat them. Gel sheets are really the only thing I've heard about that is affordable, easy to use, and that sounds promising. Has anybody here used them? Any input would be appreciated.
  4. It was too expensive for three tiny little bottles. $40 bucks a month for three sample sized bottles. Nice, I love how they have that set up. Send you three tiny bottles every month so that run out quickly and are always having to buy from them. Because yanno, with acne, when you stop using it, it all comes back. (if it works for you, it didn't for me) So you better keep paying' up! Screw that, screw them.
  5. Has anybody tried doing this? (not enema's) I've been reading up on it and it sounds promising. Not only to help out with acne, but in overall healthy thing to do. But... there is so much information, that I'm getting lost in all of it. Any advice/input is needed. This site is what got me interested. http://www.nutrigenesis.com/ACcontents.htm
