Tried this years ago, in the long run for most people it will make things worse, humidity and acne do not mix, it is so difficult to get the right balance, open pores not desireable, using cold water after to close the pores, if there is a tiny bit of rubbish in those closed pores you are going to get a belter of a spot. And, get yourself some soda crystals from the laundry section of Asda, they are about 60p for a big bag.   4. Tried it, result is very good after just a week, using apple cider vinegar, apply very liberally( splash it on) before bedtime, smell soon goes. Greasy skin feels dry but not dry as when using BP. Please try it.

I've had bad acne especially on my back, it is very common for guys to have acne on their back so you are by no means alone. My son went on accutane and it cured his acne apart fron his back, but what he had on his back is folliculitis.
