    Personally I would wait until you begin to see acne. Why waste money on B5 when your acne might not return after the accutane. Or you can take a lower dose of maybe 1-2 grams and see if your acne begins to appear over time. Then increase the dosage bit by bit. I'm not sure how old you are but I know with me within 3 days I noticed improvements and after 2 weeks practically nothing at no more than 5 grams a day. But I have very, very mild acne and am 35.     My question is-- I have been on Accutane twice--it has cleared my skin completely--but the first time time the ungodly amounts of oil returned, and then within about six months acne came back (MUCH more moderate than my original case--but nonetheless). Now that I am finished with my second round--the oil is starting to come back.   6. Hey all, I've been suffering from moderate acne for about five years. I've tried several things, and I found this website so I figured I'd give it a shot. Now, I just started the regemin about two weeks ago. The first week I cleared up almost immediately and almost completely- but then in the second week I've had a very bad breakout.
