  1. For those who have been on course(s) of Accutane, had their faces clear thanks to the drug but then have the acne return a couple of months after finishing the course, answer me this: when your acne began to return, did it start off as very small bumps or spots appearing on the face?
  2. Yo, Quick question for all you beautiful people out there; I finished my courses of Accutane at the end of March & now I would like any information anyone has about sun bed tanning. Is it within reason / possible with being off Accutane for 3 odd months? Experiences and opinions please! Katatonia xox
  3. I agree whole heartedly, my memory has definetly gone to the crapper.
  4. How long do I have to wait after finishing Roacctuane course before it is safe to drink alcohol again?
  5. I'm starting Roaccutane tomorow morning. I have the option of a party & alcohol tonight and the option of a party & no alcohol tonight. Should I stay off alcohol because I'm starting the Roaccutane tomorow or does it not matter because I haven't taken anything yet? Cheers

  9. I just bought Tesco Organic Honey (runny, not set). Upon inspection of the sugar content, it appears to be rather high. What i'm asking is, is organic honey just as bad as sugary sweets. I have one tablespoon in my porridge in the morning. Opinions & facts on organic honey with regards to acne please! -kata
  10. What effects do protein shakes have on somebody who is acne prone? I plan to take protein shakes to assist in muscular workouts, but if they dont agree with my skin then i'm afraid I know which one has to go... -kataa
  11. Recently I have found myself becoming more & more interested in self-improvement. I have a mental list of things which I am going to sort out starting tomorrow. - clear acne up - increase muscle & get ripped - get a stylish haircut - considering getting teeth whitened depending on price - also considering an all-over-body spray tan (weather in UK doesn't offer any chance of a natural tan) I've never experienced the feeling of having 100% confidence around other people. 12. My face has improved incredibly since summer has started. I also have a tan to cover up the red marks.
  13. If you must, just use wipe on tanning wipes. They work a treat.
